Modenas ok je tapi servis center kat shah alam punya la teruk servis.muka mcm banduan penjara korang nak servis customer dengan muka mcm itu.friendly la sikit muka dengan customer servis.terutama sekali perempuan meja paling depan pulak tu.klu tak friendly jgn la suruh dia servis customer.customer tanya tapi jawab nak taknak saja haiyaaaa servis paling teruk la.itu cmna nanti nk claim waranty tu haiyaaaa.rating paling teruk ialah servis center shah alam hq

Kepada sorg staff perempuan yg menjaga bahagian jwb call Customer service, tlg jaga attitude perbualan anda sbb anda agak kerek bila menjawab pertanyaan drpd customer taw.
Bkn sekali atau dua jd. Dh banyak kali sy call CS subang ni dia yg jwb, tp tetap kerek. Staff lelaki situ semua baguih.
Pihak pengurusan Modenas tlg ambil maklum ye.

Professional, friendly and efficient. At first they told me need to make an appointment. But the abang decided to go ahead and look at my bike and managed to fix-up the issues. Maybe it's just not a busy day, but they were very friendly and professional when handling it.

Pusat servis bagi motosikal modenas yg baik. Pekerja begitu teliti dan komited melakukan servis.

They not ready to serve, just service your bike elsewhere dont bother to come. My first and last experience here after buy modenas bike try to service after 1000km.

Beli ekzos untuk dinamik 120.1st time call staff angkat dan jawab pertanyaan dengan baik. Bila dtg kesana semua urusan jadi cepat. Staff explain betul2 sebelum beli.

Poor Service went it be to repair specialy went it warranty. Why? Hq center but not have equipment.it very poor.they told me oder are in proses. It been a week then they tell me still not arrived yet? Kidding me or what?

Need to hire more foreman.as a service center.lack of manpower is something that should not happen

Agak jauh tempat ni. Tp sales center dia bagus. Very responsive, boleh dapat info dg cepat. Fleksible.

Worst customer service of ANY motorcycle centre EVER. Extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional service especially from 'Ain'. Very poor inventory of spare parts in-house and takes FOREVER to arrive after ordering and if they tell you they'll call you back forget it, they NEVER will. Please do something about this Modenas because your image is at stake here!

Formen kelantan tu je best service, baik lak tu.perempuan gemuk, acah lawa tapi hakitnye buruk tu, mata sharingan tu berlagak mcm bapak dia punya company lak, orang nak beli barang kau nak berlagak lak.haaihh pikir tino gemuk je, kalau tak dah jadi kan lauk jee

Pergi ke agent tempat beli motosikal komplen tentang enjin yg ada bunyi menjengkelkan, mekanik dia kata bunyi dari enjin. Tak puashati & pegi ke Modenas @ Subang. Sebaik tiba moto terus dibuat. Alhamdulillah masaalah selesai. TERBAEK Modenas @ Subang & kepada agen Modenas

Banyak benda pihak modenas kena perbaiki, dah book tarikh untuk servis pstu dh smpai kena book lagi, sparepart xde susah nak cari, harga x masuk akal kalah brg sparepart yamaha ngan honda, kualiti lebih bawah drj diorang

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staffs. Follow sop and staff rotation. Parts price for elegan 200 are expensive.

Terbaik, pergi untuk isu fius lampu terbakar 3 kali (tukar fius ja terus terbakar). Rupanya wayar lampu tersepit kat bracket meter kut, dah settle. Takda bayaran dikenakan.

Perkhidmatan yang mesra dan bersedia menjawab segala soalan teknikal tentang motosikal keluaran Modenas.
