Like many other workshops, they will try to get you to spend as much as possible to maximise revenue per customer. If you already know what parts need to be changed for your car, it is best to buy it on yr own frm a spare part shop and bring over for them to fix it

During the price survey they told me rm100, i agreed to that price. After work done and at counter, they clerk said i need to pay rm130 (its even a discounted price already, the original price should be rm150) WHAT A SCAM! Thinking to support malay business, but this is what i got. Annoyed and dispointed!
