3Worst & most incompetent Prudential branch - Been a Prudential policy holder for the past 10 years - I have been to other branches i.e. Damansara Intan etc.to submit my claims & their service was great but I can say that the helpdesk officer @ Taipan USJ branch was much worse - the officer was not taking her work seriously and submitted incomplete forms only for Prudential to reject it. She daringly called me and asked me to come to the branch again and re-sign all the forms as she missed out one form that got the application rejected by Prudential. Very disgraceful & shameful service - I simply wasted my time coming and signing all the useless forms only for it to be rejected due to your incompetent officer who wasn't even sure which form to submit!
If you are a customer go in the morning, too many agents after lunch doing their filing
I can say this branch is more customer orientated and quite fast. My claim process seem easy with the help of lady at the counter. My agent has resigned and i'm being prudential customer since 2003. Thumbs-up for the good service
