Served by Azril, I think he was the Service Manager or something. First time here, helping my dad’s car to service his Mazda CX5.

I was well-informed about everything. And he is very patient in answering my questions. Top-notch service. Would come here again.

I gave my car here for the past 7 years ever since I got my Mazda. I didn’t felt it at first (naturally I believed that Mazda Service Centre are professionals) but then I realised that they were just trying to get the $$$ out of you, when I had to do major service. Basically asked me to change the rear bearing when the problem was actually the front. And then insisted that I gotta change so many things, including the front bearing. Imagine asking me to change the rear and then the problem was not rectified. Solution? To change the front.

Thank god I got myself a second opinion and was able to rectify all the issues RM2k lesser than what was quoted by Mazda Province.

Very unprofessional technician. No update on car status when you send in your car for repair (insurance claim). Other staffs also no idea about the status, only depends on the technician. Very poor service!

Bad service. Don’t allow you to park at their own compound instead I have to park my car at the furniture shop. First time in my life send car to service but can’t park at their compound. I wonder actually will they service your car since is at the furniture shop.

Very rude service counter, I ask n talk nicely he replied don't believe read the manual. I didn't say I not believe in his words, I'm just asking things I don't know. If u expect customer to know everything, why not u just let customer fix their own car? What is the usage for service centre then?

Anyway, after so many years driving Mazda. I really don't have good impression on their service centre.

Have a very good experience with the dealership so far. The Service advisor looks very professionally trained and handle my complaint nicely, the technician also keen to question for further symptoms of my vehicle.

Anyway the cashier should change the attitude to be more friendly, the expression shows like I'm not welcome there. The waiting area on top just like everyone mentioned, it smell really bad like smokers den, I think I saw the guy coming out from service manager room while smoking. This also got to do with attitude and "management" standard they carry.

I'm pleased with the vehicle service but not the good experience for customer who waiting. I hope Bermaz can really standardize their dealership C. I to all their service center like other flagship center. (Glenmarie, PJ, Equine Park) 2S or 1S doesn't matter.

I'm gonna leave it 5 stars just because the service, warranty process, vehicle diagnosis, part replacement here is good. Just the management and organization side need to be improved.

Been here a few times, most staffs are polite and good. Waiting area upstairs is comfy, you can watch Astro channels and help yourself with some coffee while waiting.

I've been sending my Mazda here for service for the past 5 years. The experience has been really good. Their SA's are well informed individuals. I deal with Azril most of the time and he has been nothing but helpful and informative. He always explains what needs to be changed/adjusted and why. Dealt with Ricky and Theeban a few times as well, both managed my service well.

If there's one thing I would recommend needs improvement is probably the waiting area. Apart from that, especially the quality of service has been excellent.

I have been servicing my Mazda3 on regular intervals since day 1 for the past 3 yrs. Recently my Mazda developed some problems. For 3 consecutive services, (every 6 mths or 10,000km), I have complained about the squishing sound while driving on an uneven road or while passing through bumped speed breaker. But they are usable to settle the problem.

Today I went to Mazda Service Center Equine Part to complain abt the same issue. Upon checking they noted some issues:
1. Caliper pin
2. Engine mounting
3. Lower arm bushes cracked
4. Absorber bearing
5. Front brake disc need to be skimmed, that caused juggling steering.

In fact, I just sent for periodical service last mth to Province Auto. They claimed that there was nothing wrong with the car, they only apply some grease to the caliper pin.

Thank you Mazda Service Center Equine. As for Province Auto, the should sent their mechanics for proper training. Bermaz please take a look at this SC.

I called up and asked for an appointment for service. This guy Ricky picked up the call and asked for details. He said oh this is major 100k km service. I replied and asked what are the itinerary of the service and he kept on saying brake oil lo coolant lo cabin filter lo. He kept saying that he has to see the car condition first. But the way he said it was like i was a nuisance having asked so many questions and he grew impatient. I am not going back there because everytime i go there all their office staff show stone poker face as if they are the boss. I am here to give you biz and not burden. However their technicians are ok and friendly. Keeping those stoned face staff like this will sooner or later demise the company. I suggest retrain them or get rid of them before its too late. I suggest management read these comments and take immediate actions as these guys are tarnishing your reputation. Do something

Made appointment for 11am, reached here at 10.30am and handover the car key, but still only start the service at 12.30pm with reason of many cars on the waiting list.seriously they should arrange their appointments according to their manpower available instead of letting customer wait for nothing. That is the purpose of customer making appointment in advance.

Of so many service centers I've visited (not just Mazda, but other cars as well), this one gives me the worst impression. The long-haired guy talks to me like I owe him his paycheck. I waited upstairs in the waiting room, two hours passed, no news, then went down to check, noticed my car wasn't there, went to find him and in an arrogant manner, he said 'I told you, it's weekend, you have to wait longer. ' Ok, nevermind, probably driven around for a test or something.

Another hour passed. I grew restless, went downstairs, and still no sign of my car. I decided to check outside the center and boom! There my car was, parked right outside. I went back in and told him my car was parked outside, and he then checked, and realized that my car was, in fact, ready to be driven off. The lady behind counter was stony-faced and said that she called and I didn't answer. That's it. One call, no answer, not their business anymore. No need to check on customer in the waiting room.

That was the last straw for me. This place is the very example of what a service center should NOT be like. I'm never going back.

Bad service waste of time, alert indicator blinking and they didn't even check the error codes. On the second visit only they check and change battery due to low voltage. Waste people time need to take 2 days leave. This center is not efficient at all. Come if u want to take risk on this unprofessional center. Will not come again.

My biggest dislike is the waiting area. Smell of old cigarette smoke is overwhelming although you don't see anyone smoking. If you plan to wait here while your car get serviced, I strongly suggest you don't come here. When I came a year ago, this place still smell fine. Now, I rather stand downstairs in the open hot air waiting. The owner of this service centre of you happen to read this, please do something with the cigarette smoke smell.

Super good service. Azril the guy who attended my car is a very knowledgeable person and knows his mazda! Didnt charge anything unnecessary. Definitely a better change in my car in terms of smoother driving.
