A small service centre but fast service. Receptionist is really friendly and helpful. Service only what is compulsary without any add-ons.

Bila call nak booking untuk servis memang taknak jawab ke? Baik tak payah letak no telefon kalau taknak jawab call. Banyak kali call cukup susah nak jawab bukan sehari je call banyak hari.

Servis radiator dengan tukar thermostat siap dalam masa kurang sehari. Datang pickup lambat sebab jam dekat pukul 7 pun akak tu masih tunggu. Sampai lambat pun layanan still terbaik. Harap boss bagi dia bonus. Terima kasih. Terbaikk

Need more improve in SC QC Check, 1 of my engine cover close for wiper gone missing lucky check engine for engine oil level notice cover missing.
But the technician told that is not there before he proceed service. But after discuss they agreed to replace the part but have to wait until further update.
Lesson learn, make sure to take pictures before and after service to protect ourself.

PROTON Don't only focus on making profit and $$$$. Make sure ur SC right to the level for the charges you take from customers.only 1 star.

Thank you for their service technicians from Prima Auto Care, they are very attentive to my highlights and they have done a very detailed checking over my concerns, general service done in 1 hour, I probably will come back again for my next service, very good service compare to the wheelcorp 4S service centre where I spent 4 hours for the general 10k mileage service?

Hard to believe a small centre with few staff is able to run an efficient service centre. Amazing work from the staffs, i had a breakdown n my car was done very fast. They even updated me frequently on my car.thank you en.zaidi, im very pleased with this service centre.

Very good workshop who managed to solve my faulty window issue which other proton workshop cnt even repair for me properly. Good service and most importantly friendly front desk as compared to the rest of the proton workshops. Highly recommended

Simple & small centre, but with excellent customer service! Been to many Proton service centres over the passed 10 years. This centre is among of the nicer ones in term of good customer experience. In particular, En Zaidi, very polite and accommodating.

For such a small sc I wouldn't give high expectation. Suitable for normal/scheduled servicing with good workmanship. Free to walk-in, no need such of annoying 1-2 weeks booking prior to servicing date. Anyway due to not enough proper/special tools it doesn't able to attend some major issue. Due to small size, It also can't provide proper waiting room for customers. Suggest move to bigger premise.
