I called and they mentioned it is not a Proton Service Outlet but normal mechanic. Must change the name if not it is misleading

The service advisor John is very friendly and helpful. He explained all my complaints in detail and patiently. The technician Wei is also friendly and nice. My first choice of car service center. Overall I'm really satisfied. Keep it up, good job.

Just called them today. Not anymore a PROTON service center. Sadly cuz i think its the best in Rawang area. Goodluck btw.

Updated. So idk whom i spoke to at that time. Have to check her (a lady) back.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, the much longer time taken to complete the service can be improved.

The service advisor should be able to advise customer on timing of completion of work base on the volume of work against the available staff on duty.

Servis yang baik. Ruang menunggu yg selesa. Surau dan tandas yang bersih dan selesa. Saya dapat s.a perempuan yang duduk tengah tu. Klau pihak service center baca tolong naikkan gaji s.a perempuan melayu bertudung tu. Servis terbaik. Ad satu perkara yang boleh diperbaiki, kereta saya ada calar sikit selesai servis haritu. Harap lebih berhati2 selepas ini.

Very kind and good at serving customer. A foreman once ask me to join him testing my car which is i found some noise vibration to my car. He took me from proton service center all the way to LATAR highway and back to proton service center. And we found the problem. Dont be hesitate to ask to join them when they are testing your car. If they are test it alone, they might not found what is the problem with your car. You better join them.

I have sent my car to this Proton Service Centre for my first two periodical servicing and few other times for repairing.

From my personal experience, this Proton Service Centre is suitable for Basic & General Repairing & Servicing not for other technical matters. For any major technical issues or cars which is under warranty kindly proceed to Proton HQ in Shah Alam because they will still refer us to Proton HQ Shah Alam if they could not resolve the highlighted issues.

To improve on the following concerned area:

1. Lack of direct communication with the Customer from the Technical Person In-charge. The Technical Person In-charge conveys the messages to the Mechanic in order to explain to the Customer who is standing few steps away.

2. To employ Personnel with good communication skills in order to be able to give good explanation on the highlighted issues by the Customer.

My worse experience with this Service Centre is I was given an appointment to leave my car for them to carry out further inspection on the highlighted issues after I drove one of the Mechanic with me to witness the issues on the day, I serviced the car on 28th Nov’19. On 9th Dec’19, I left the car in the SC at 8.30am, and I received a call at 3.30pm informing me that the car is ready for collection. Upon my arrival, I tested the car with one of the Mechanic and the issues highlighted remains. The Mechanic who was attending to me was not exactly sure on the issues which I had highlighted and that was the first time he knows there is another issue in my car. He told me that he has to refer to his Technical Person In-charge and we drove back to the SC. This shows that there is a total lack of communication and teamwork between the Mechanics because I have highlighted the issues to another Mechanic whom I drove with on the day, I serviced my car. Once arrived at the SC, the Mechanic and the Technical Person In-charge tested my car again. I doubt they read the issues highlighted. In conclusion after they tested the car, they were not able to solve the issues highlighted. I was given the most absurd explanation by the Mechanic saying that the noise of the absorber is not that bad, use first for now when the noise gets worsen, come back to us. It is an approximately 5 months old car. This is the problem with Proton. Very poor after sales service and lack of committed & competence personnel. Personally, after what I experience, this Service Centre is history.

Went there for identify abnormal sound. So far the technician is helpful and giving suggestion what to do and component replace. Keep it up.

Friendly staff, Good environment, more facilities around ther sc. While waiting car for servicing, can go to tesco shopping & eat kfc Service advisor suggest what is really need to change. Highly recommend sc.

I was really impressed by this proton service shop. And I was really surprised that the staffs collabration is good. There are few technicians checking and taking care of my saga at the same time, even my saga is old. Other than helping to change engine oil (the main purpose for today appointment), they also help to check everything. For example, front lights, back lights, gear box thingy, and my doubt on steering vibration, they even add water to cooler, which I really appreciate! End up they list down everything, and explain to me one by one, with the reason and impact of changing or not change those items. I fully understood that all those items might need to change, because I never walk in to proton service centre since I bought this saga. The reason is because some other people comment that service centre might charge higher price and simply ask to change things like that. Now I totally change my view. I have good experience in this service shop. One thing I like was, before the technicians start service, the sales advisor will calculate total amount of the whole service up front. And pay the same amount after service is completed, no hidden fee at all! What a reliable shop. Keep it up! Good job! ^^
