If you’re a woman, dont come here. The possibility of being fraud is high. I will never come here again. I came for changing one tyre. But the chinese guy fraud me to change all my tyres which are still in good condition and they keep my good tyres. He made it as i shouldn’t change only a tire instead all. I learnt my lesson. But dont deceive woman just because of we dont know much about cars. I hope someone take action of him.

Betul tempat abang ni bukan bawa proton service dah.
Tapi diorang tahu ape perlu dibaiki untuk kereta proton bagi yang tak ade bajet atau tidak ikut jadual.
Kes banyak berlaku services tak ikut jadual masa pkp.kereta tak jalan tapi kena services ikut jadual.hantar dekat proton service kena caj sampai 1k sebab skip. Alasan skipp je.lepas tu aku pi kedai abang ni minta services ikut bajet bulan ini.so settle. Die tahu ape nak buat.next mont aku ade bajet baru aku tambah services lain.tak macam services centre lain ko bayar
1k baru kami buat kerja.giler duit tak ade skrang ni barang mahal.kereta aku tak jalan sngt just naik moto je pergi kerja. Benda boleh bawa bincang.
So mana2 ade bajet cukup2 aku saran kan kedai abang ni boleh bicang dulu ape tak tukar.next mont baru tukar lain.
Ape pon terbaik boleh bawa bincang terbaik.

Kedai bukan under proton dah. Misleading/mengelirukan sebab pakai signboard proton lagi. Kalau ada yang kena towing kereta, nak ke proton, ini bukan proton. Harga mahal

They have change their workshop name to Baiduri Auto Care Sdn Bhd and now cater almost all of the car brand available in Malaysia. The mechanic is really good and nice to their customer.

Jangan teperdaya ye. Baiduri nie bukan proton servis lagi. Banyak orang kene tipu da. Kalau xnak menyusahkan diri dengan hal-2 kerosakan kereta dan x boleh claim sparepart waranty baik cari proton servis yg betol². Menyusahkan orang betol. Merangkak la cari nanti esok-2

Tempat service kereta proton yg berbaloi dan bagus. Boleh walk in je dan ada tempat menunggu walahpun biasa2 je.

Sumpah menyesal beli kereta proton. Banyak rosak itu ini. Bunyi tikus dkt dashboard, katanya benda biasa smua pengguna iriz dan persona hadap-senang betul bagi alasan tanpa tindakan-. Cermin yg dah berapa kali asyik ROSAK ROSAK ROSAK. Buat kerja cuai sampai cermin calar dalam kedua2 belah. Dah brapa kali baiki pun ROSAK LAGI. Dh mcm kereta buruk padahal baru 2 thn pakai. Staff depan berborak bising mcm hari raya plak bersembang mengalah kan customer. Ruang menunggu pun dah takde ape kosong jee tak mcm dulu. Lepas servis dah tak ada customer service call utk tanya feedback. Disappointed AF

No longer Proton Authorized Service Center, If your car still have warranty you might want to find other authorized service center.

Maybe can arrange the manpower and also some staff are do the job so slowly like a tortoise cause i waited for 6.30 hours for the minor services which is synthetic oil gasket air filter and also scan

Walaupun bangunan klasik.tapi kalau anda nak pusat servis yang tak ramai orang, ini alternatifnya.ruang menunggu kat tingkat atas, ada ekon, tv, surau, wifi, mesin air.kemas dan bersih.jemput datang sini.biasanya pagi kurang orang.nak minta copekhantau buatkan servis untuk anda pon boleh.

Although it is not Proton 4s, I read many reviews from customers on the Internet before I came. I still sent my persona to this company for repairs, but I realized that it was not as bad as some past reviews! I think the service here is very good, the car problem can be explained in detail, and my personal car problem can be solved professionally! As for the tire technician, I think he is very friendly. It is not like a customer who said he was cheated. I asked other tire shops for the price he gave me. He also gave waranty.this is what I think. Very nice and very good proton centre. Compared to the proton 4s I have been to! Everyone can try to send your car here for maintenance, if you don’t understand, you can ask the technicians, they are very happy to solve customers The problem! It's really good, I will definitely come again, thank you for your service

Kalau nak fix kereta dtg Kat sini semua orgnya baik and berhemah. Repair pun berpatutan. Memang berbaloi.

Great Service. Might be more expensive but at least they are qualified mechanics. But I didn't trust the person doing tyre alignment. I used his service once but I ended up redoing what I came to fix with him. I lost hundreds. The other workshop I sent my car claimed he did a lousy job and I am being over charged.it cost lesser to fix the real problem (its the same thing I repair previously). I felt cheated actually. Its a shame since the other mechanics really did a great job on my car. Only the tyre mechanic is the problem.
