Not many que here. Easy to make appointment through whatsapp. Acceptable waiting time. Polite and good receptionist. Just that they don't provide free car wash.

Send my car on 9.30am and inform some issue with my car. The girl at counter said by evening can complete, so when i arrive on around 4.15pm and i wait at waiting area for a while, then at 5.30pm I realized that the workshop and counter already closed.they should inform us early if my car need to park there for 1 days or more.i dont mind to leave my car there but need to inform customer…what a bad customer experience, wasting my time waiting for nothing
Had a very smooth and pleasant experience. Yao Lun went beyond his capabilities to ensure the car was delivered on time and helped to arrange for the surprise for my sister. Hats off 10/10.

Worst service center ever.sent my car for service, need to wait for more than a year.so many excuses given.been charged with ridiculous price.once 'done' its not even done at all.so many things still need to be fixed after.very disappointed with the service.my brother also experienced the same thing with his car as he went there earlier than me, for multiple times considering already.we thought it will be better; somehow worsen for my turn.
Went to this showroom in Semenyih, almost 50km from my home because they have car in stock and could deliver quickly. Daniel, their sales executive was very professional in explaining the differences between X50 and X70. The test drives was well conducted over a reasonable distance and road condition. Daniel patiently answered all my questions during and after the test drive. The purchase transaction process was simple and good. Car delivery SOP could be improved. Too many unnecessary steps in my case resulting in slight delay. Daniel informed me of the hurdles as soon as he encountered and we worked together to settle it. Overall I am happy with my purchase although the slight delay in car delivery was upsetting. Hope Puncak Merak could simplify their SOP and educate their administrators to make it customer friendly. Highly recommended dealer to buy your Proton from. No experience to share on their service center yet.

Sent car for first time service.
Right after service, my hand brake sensor broken, and my reverse sensor become problem.
Need to go back and report, plus need to pay for the broken sensor. Was driving the car almost a year.nothing problem. Right after service, there were problems.

Mixed review for this centre.
- Buying my X50 Flagship was smooth: sales told me that wait time is 4-6months, I was lucky to get an allocation and take car within 3+ months. Attentive and patient with my questions throughout the wait time
- I was away when the car arrived and was told my car was already at the centre for more than 3 days - yet when I collected it, they could not arrange for me a washing in time as they said the washing staff were on emergency leave. Not sure why they could not wash it earlier, but it wasn't too dirty so I did not mind
- First service after first month, appointment was made quickly and was served immediately on arriving. I reminded them about my VIP card rebate. They said service would take 3hours and may delay a bit because the washing station was packed
- Service completed and called me after 2.5hours. When I went to collect the car, they did not give me the rebate until I asked for it again. And they also did not mention any issues with the servicing
- Was puzzled because they did not wash the car at all. Furthermore, there were oily stains on the centre armrest and side of the seat
If they have issues with car washing, just tell us la. Some of us can accept or work around it. But I can't accept having my car back dirtier than it was before.
Maybe next time have to wrap my car up before sending for service.
THIS IS THE WORST PROTON SERVICE CENTER.
My Wife sent Her Car for Repair. She had been Lie & Charged with Outrageous Price.
When she want to Order the Materials, They said it Only Cost around RM350. BUT. When She want to Pay. TOTAL become RM800+.
And The BEST Parts is. The CAR was NOT Been Repair, They Replace something else that does not need to be Repair/Replace.
PLUS.
They Broke the CAR Plate Number.
My wife notice it when she get the Car Key back. They Did Not Said anything about it. Once my Wife Notice it then They start saying Sorry. And DO NOTING!
For ALL this, My Wife had to Wait for Hours.
So. To ALL People.
Please AVOID Coming to this Service CENTER.
They will LIE To You. & Charge you with No Reason.

Layanan memuaskan, ada lounge menunggu untuk customer, tempat nya luas sebelum ambik apa apa offer service check dulu, adakah void warranty kalau tak ambik, disediakan air coffee, teh dan coway, makanan hanya biskut dan kek
This is 1st time service in this centre. Warm welcome frm Ms Adlina, I was very pleased with the way she approached me. She explained everything patiently and cleared my doubts amicably.
The only thing that I wasn't satisfied was the duration for the service was too long, I came around 3pm and my car was ready only around 6.20pm.super slow service! Moreover, the service was incomplete as I have to bring back my car for the 2nd time. According to them, they need more time to check.
Overall I'm satisfied and would love to give 5 star if not for the waiting time.
