26I have very bad experience with purchase of Exora and worst part it take more then 4 months to get it done completely.total night mare with Proton services. Won't suggest or buy any of the proton products anymore
Salam. Im just to highlight on my enquiry for my X70 order which hv done 3 month ago on 24Aug. However.for the last 5 days ive received a sms text which claimed from proton has mentioned on the confirmed order but my order date on was changed to 26Nov. This is too much and i request for a clarification from Proton Hldg Bhd. Thank you
We sent my son's persona for some repair works, involving the air cond compressor, the power window, and the central locking mechanism. We wanted to send to our normal workshop initially, but my better judgement turned to Proton's Centre of Excellence, and decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, all repairs were completed within the same day, and it cost me less than RM700! This is simply excellent!
Service floor shud be expanded. Cleanliness needed improvement.let the floor shines makes the area looks wider. Salute on staff friendliness & helpfulness.
THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS STILL NOT UP TO CURRENT INDUSTRY STANDARDS. THE VEHICLE QUALITY IS STILL NOT VERY SATISFACTORY. BOUGHT BRAND NEW IRIZ 2019 BUT ABOVE 1000KM DRIVING CONSUMING ENGINE OIL. VERY POOR QUALITY ENGINE ASSEMBLY.
COSE serve you with nasi lemak, biscuit, coffee & water. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. They sometimes give small & quality gift for customer eg: fork, spoon, plate & cup. However, sometimes spare-parts is out of stock for Proton.
Edited on 4th Feb 2019 Very bad experience with customer service. So arrogant and almost trick by her sweet talk to accept the charges. But ofter some questioning and verification with technical staff, now I know the truth. Further to that she was very rude and threatened me on not agreeing with her.

It's COSE. Great service centre and facilities. Good if PROTON able to extend this concept for Northern, Southern regions.
I'm a regular customer here to do routine service for my iriz since 3 yrs ago. Got shuttle services from cose to subang jaya (but i never use). The proton showroom also nearby, walkg distance abt 200m within the same building, got koi carp fish pond & small garden. Also got cafe but only open during office hour i guess.
GREAT service centre and A GOOD PLATINUM PROTON sale center. Go and meet EN. AZAM if you need a new PROTON models.
Staffs hv improved their interaction skills tremendously.good for them. The waiting area provides refreshment which is good for those waiting.
Expensive price for even minor repairs like scratches on left front bonet. But they said need to paint the whole front bonet and charge for whole bonet. Customer service is average only.
Good experience with improved services. From the registration at counter till make payment at cashier, all the staff attitude are thumbs up.
Friendly staff, there's a shuttle service to Subang Parade shopping mall if you choose not to wait at the Centre. If you choose to wait there, there's free coffee and tea and WiFi. The bistro offers good variety of choices and very affordable.
I made booking online and service my car here. Customer waiting area is spacious & comfortable. It's just the waiting time: 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I hope Proton can improve it by reducing the waiting time.

Not recommended for walk-in, your car service either finish early or late or carry over next day.
Left my car there for 5 days to fix the dashboard and passenger side door rattling issue.they installed the IP kit as they say, but the vibration is still there.traveled all the way from KL to subang jaya hoping its a COE.

Lousiest Proton SC I have ever been. Put aside all the "world class" facilities, the service here is damn slow, and I made an appointment, to mind you.
Best PROTON service center I have ever been to. The staffs are well-trained, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you have not been there, make an appointment today!
Waiting is long because this is the main service centre located in highly populated areas. Service wise is okay, service advisors are friendly, sent my car here all the time no complains so far.
Friendly greeting at reception counter. Not so friendly service advisor not very informative and only after enquiring then you get to know what needs to be done. Need more training for service advisors. Lack of refreshment at least beverage wise bit of a concern. Car after service had lot of smudge and slightly dirty.
