73Had my proton X70 service done today. Everything was smooth and quick. Attended by Mr Amirul. Very friendly and professional.
So far service provided here is good, drop my car and walk to my office since it just nearby. SA will call and explain their recommendations and normally i will accept it. And they will call again once my car ready to collect. After service they will follow up next day to make sure everything are ok. Nice work.
Left car with them for almost 2 hours n they did not start d service EVEN THOUGH I was so punctual appointment at 10.30am. Arrived at 9.30am started to service at 11.10am seriously.we are NOT Important.
We are held ransom to go through the service with Proton! Year 3 -New car!
No star gave. Very bad service centre.

THE BRANCH MANAGER JUST SIT IN THE MIRROR CUBICLE DOING NOTHING. DON'T CARE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS. ALMOST 7HOURS WAITING TO GET IT DONE!

Worse customer service. Called so many times but not answer. I send my car after accident on June. Until now no feedback.
I can understand if the issue on spare parts or whatsoever. But I need the update. I’m not asking the update every weeks or even every months.
Start called them since October as I need to renew my roadtax and insurance. One of the staff told me my car can be ready on November.
I even walked in to Proton Glenmarie but they can’t give any answer. Just said will call me back and update what is the status of my car.
But still no news until now. Where I can channel proper complaint on this matter. So disappointed with Proton.
Servis teruk, appointment 10 am. Estimate siap xinfo, 3.30pm dtg balik, sales advisor cakap tggu alignment tayar, sampai 5.20, masih belum alignment tayar sebab banyak kereta. Sepatutnya info awal, i waste my time dekat dua jam. Sales advisor pn xnk admit salah centre
No use put phone number! Call so many time no pickup. Complain about sunvisor to get warranty also no response until warranty ended also no feedback! Before this want to claim warranty for power windows also slow. Ended feedback to Proton Kelana Jaya immediately get response & get new set! No recommended to as customer service sucks
Event small matter problem must get separate appointment between service and checking. Also get another appointment after checking due to must get a spare part. At Proton SC not keeping the spare part, customer must wait almost 1month or above. Proton need to improve the spare part and customer waiting time.
I called to make an appointment before Deepavali. No answer! I called after Deepavali. No
answer! Are they still operating? Good product. Lousy service! Stop changing car. Maintain well. Use for 10 years. Stop buying Proton!
Very bad service. Call untk tanya boleh claim warranty tak kat sana sbb receive call dari Proton recall kereta untuk tukar part. Tapi jawab call macam nak gaduh. Tanya banyak kali before this pergi SVC mana. Dah explain SVC biasa pergi tu dah tutup. Nak kan jawapan boleh claim di sana atau tak je. Kata barang tak ada. Sy faham & sy bukan nak datang on the day. Boleh request date later bila sparepart dah sampai. Sy nak declaration boleh claim di service centre atau tidak. Very bad attitude. Tak perlu jawab call kalau nak attend customer macam nak bergaduh. Dont come there. Very unpleasant experience.
Inflexible. If I book appt for service, I cannot add on request to fix other thing. Have to make another appt. Place is jam packed and disorganized
Bad service. Ikutkn kereta baru x yah servis ekon.dia suruh servis pastu klau x dia nk void warranty.kerje nk mkn duit customer.x halal! Lepas servis kat sini kereta terus bnyak problem.
Took car in to replace air conditioner's cooling coil. Waited for over 6 weeks for the ordered part and an email to Customer Service yielded zero assistance - just a message to say the relevant department has been informed. Only when a complaint phone call was made to HQ was the part replaced within 2 days! Thank you to En Hanafi AD from Eon HQ for prompt assistance and to customer service, please improve. 6 weeks waiting time for a Malaysian made car part is just ridiculous. However part was well replaced and car is now doing well. Thank you.
A very big service Center but don’t keep any spare part for parts replacement, I have hand break issue and it can’t use even after parking, it’s kind of emergency and your service Center said need to wait 3 weeks for the replacement not even checking on what’s wrong. What a poor service for such a BIG company, shame on you and very REGRET on buying proton car! I’ll give minus rating if there is!
No matter how hard I made the phone call to their service centre, they answer one of the call and did arrange a reservation day slot yet without asking the actual time and my personnal info. Hanged my call in sudden, I called again and again, but they just picked up and hanged the call immediately, how disrepectful they are!
I call and keep passing me to the insurance person in charged but overheard their conversation that person in charged dont want to pick up and entertain and he just asking for leaving the client's no. But the telephonist said even she take the client's no, he wont call the client back. Its very rude and unprofessional. To Mr Ghadaffi, shame on u, you're not doing your work, may someone better will replace your position. If u cant perform your task, please liase with your manager as it will ruin your company reputation with your rude and poor services. Email has been sent and hopefully the action must be imposed on the rude staff.
The woret service centre i ever dealed with. They are careless, never answer the call, and when they answer they always delay and even end up the call while waiting and never call back. If the car still new and have problem and still under warranty, they alway delay and keep you wait and wait. Lousy service
Worst Proton service centre I've ever encountered. Booked an appointment via the MyProton app and called them to reconfirm. Told them I needed to come in to check on my aircon issue. Service centre guy on the phone then asks me repeatedly which branch I normally service my car at (I don't have a regular one and I've been doing it multiple outlets). He says they can't check on my aircon as they're just a "branch", why not go back to my regular branch? I say this makes no sense and is an outright lie as every authorized 3S service centre is meant to be able to do a basic aircon check. Then he asks me to just go to Proton HQ for this.
After the sheer stupidity of this back and forth, I just gave up. Does it make sense to turn away a customer just because they aren't a regular customer at your outlet? ! Well consider this one banned from my list.
