Service time need to be improve.need to wait longer (almost 6hours) to get the car ready.invoice preparation also takes so long even the car is ready to collect.kindly improve the efficiency of servicing time.

TLDR: Safeguard yourself against SC tricks. Read the quote very carefully and compare the prices against Proton's website.

Recently sent my Persona in for a major service. The quoted service price was ~40% higher than the one on Proton's website. Upon closer inspection, i found a few dodgy things they did
- Labour cost: They put 3.4x instead of 1x. When asked, they say they put according to the hours they work. But Proton website clearly put 1x.
- N95 filter: Charged RM60. My car is an older Persona which did not come with the filter. Why suddenly need to replace?
- Anti-bacteria mist: Charged RM40.

I cancelled my service after getting a shock looking at the quote of RM1.2k. I was like, since when Proton service cost so much. Went to another SC, total quote only RM880 (major svc, that's why exp. Proton website was about RM920). The 2nd SC only charged 1x labour cost (even though svc was 3hrs), no N95 filter and gave free Anti-Bac mist.

Please cross check your invoice and compare with the estimated prices listed on Proton's website before allowing the service to begin.

Very disappointed… bought X70 in year Aug 2019 at GB auto and full service by GB auto until now.last service in Feb2023 for 100K mileage.fuel injection light ON after 1month of service fuel injection ON and car start jerking sometimes.when I called to book for service keep saying no slot and only available after Raya.due urgency I send cad normal workshop to diagnose defect. Worst black oil never change for long time.it’s look very dark and thick.after change black oil and reset at normal workshop.car back to normal… if you guys send car for service here better check what they change as invoice. I will bring this matter higher authority.

Tbh, i went here because its near. Dont come here. The experience you may get its horrible. Minta inspect kereta lepastu lupa cop dkt buku? Serius ar? Main tambah2 item dlm invoice walaupun kita taknak. Lepastu nak tak nak layan je customer. Salahkan customer pulak konon customer tak reti guna buku servis tu. Entah servis betul ke entah tak tu sebenarnya. Barang yg kita minta ganti pun dia tak tunjuk parts yg dia dah ganti. Hurm.

Service my car using fully synthetic oil but the staff wrote only 5000. Seriously, either they don't know mathematics or they trying to scam old drivers.

I will not come here ever again. Scammer service centre and not friendly.

Always come here for servicing my Proton X70 since 2019. They have good lounge for you to wait. So far quite satisfactory service

Terrible, poor and unprofessional service.

I have to wait few weeks for my appointment. After the appointment, I found out there are more issue coming out on my car and I called them to check. So, they told me that I have to wait for another weeks again for checking. That's okay. After the checking, I was told to wait for any fews weeks for spare parts.

It was just a super terrible experience for just a small car issues.

Very good service from sales advisor Mr Jin Tan and even Service Manager Mr Simon. Both of them very helpful to solve my car problem.
Friendly service

SC ni tambah air paip dalam radiator tank. Siap exceed the maximum level lagi. Macam mana tak kantoi. They don’t care if your radiotar will karat later. Lepas buat balancing & allignment, ada bunyi kuat dekat sebelah tayar depan, this SC will pusing if you want send your car back for checking. They said checking slot is full until october (even for small checking they will not entertain you). But service slot is open even for tomorrow slot (maybe because service slot will throw customer money, but not for checking. It is FOC). Very materialistic SC. Please send your car to other SCs!

Once you send your car here for repairing, insurance claiming etc Please check all the work they said they have done. Please also inspect the parts that they say theyve change or repaired. You might get scammed here.
