Not coming back again. After service only Wash outer of the car. Not sure why they can wet my driver side carpet. Operator keep pushing for many parts change although I have strictly declined. The car after take back smell bad odour! Bloody he'll! Worst service center ever!

Worst experience ever, the warranty goods will never arrive because they didn’t order at all. They just deal with you and then when you bring the car for services they will add a bunch of unnecessary things to the service list such as brake service, intake service, air-conditioning service, never visit this branch again puik !

I guess the waiting period for them to complete customers' car service is around 2 hours. Registration was fast. Please plan your day accordingly as needed to wait for 2 hours. Overall, good service. They will let you know the service fee during registration. Not bad

Awful experience with this SC, appointment at 9am, service advisor told me service can be ready in 2 hours, after 2 hours I realize that my car still parked outside and never been move in, this is my first and my last to this SC.

Bad service! My car service here and claim for spare parts. Been waiting for 3 months + never getting any updates from the person in charge! Call numerous time but nobody pick up call! What the use for the phone? ! Whatsapp no reply!

Bought 2 car here. Year 2020. Been service here from the day we receive the car. Apparently now the center just lost it. How on earth did your side not able to pickup phone from 10am till 12noon. How bad is your service that people need to call consistently?
One day u will kena from kpdnkk later tribunal then only improve la kan?
App also tak boleh pakai. Now service center also tak boleh pick up phone lansung

I bought the x70 fr this outlet in Mac 2023. The sales person (Jxxx) sucks. Lack of knowledge, not professional and poor customer service. First, my car delivery was not delivered as promised on time. Secondly, the car was not clean, there were fine black dots on the external paint all overall the places on the car. So, i refused to accept delivery. Thus, the sales person sent my car to their carwash for the black dots dirt removal. Without my knowledge they claimed the car was cleaned and handover delivery to me. My car is white color and i hv used it for 2 weeks only. Few days ago, i just washed my car & found out there were lots of scratches and black stains on the car surface where previously all the black dots located. I noticed this car dealer had actually scratched my car when they removed black dots but they used the wax to polish my car to cover up the scratches they did when removing the black dots. Is this professional? Is this poor customer service? The PIC had refused to rectify the problems until i had no choice but to lodge a report with the outlet Manager Jamxx to this issue further.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED with after sales service here. FIRSTLY the sales advisor PROMISED to help with my NCD transfer within 2 weeks after i took my car. In the end, no news. I end up doing it myself. SECONDLY, I noticed that there's typo on the details in my VOC. I keep texting the SA but he seems to not really care anymore. I guess I need to settle this myself AGAIN.

I HOPE ANYONE PLANNING TO BUY A CAR THINK AGAIN.

The best proton service centre that I come across so far. Cozy environment with free breakfast served. Special compliment to staff Niena who are soft spoken and attentive to all my queries. The Chinese supervisor also good at maintaining good relationship with customer. All I can say is good leadership produce good staff and working culture, as what have shown in this service centre.

Come here to survey new car on 5/2. And come second time to pay booking RM100 as well on 6/2. Asking many supporting doc and finally my loan not approved on 23/2. And salesman say refund took 3 week because sop company. Also need to write letter to get back refund. What joking. Until i now, still not receive my refund. 2 rating from me.

Good service, friendly staff, really like the idea of fnb services bcs everything is free.nasi lemak, coffee and teh tarik are free of charge.can breakfast. I feel very welcomed when i come here, the staffs greetings with smile to the ear and open the door for us.clean place. I like everything here. I bought my lovely Iriz here tooo! Good experience here!

Initially I did rate them a 5.however have got to review it as the after sales service was unpleasant. Had a tough time communicating to resolve the problem I had with the brand new car. After sales service is bad. I was made to go in circles dealing with my Sales Assistant and the Service Advisor. Even the overpaid amount was delayed n I had to repeatedly remind. So yup I wouldrate them a 1.

I purchase here and service here. New car only drive for 4 months then broke down, but don’t want to take responsibility. Only know sell but don't want to solve after-sales service
