Document bagi pun salah. Buang masa saya saje dng org insurans. Kerete pun dpt kerja pun tak elok, sensor rosak, ade kesan calar pada body paint. Kalau kerja macam ni, lebih baik saya pergi kedai body panel bawah Pokok, boleh dpt kereta dgn cepat walaupun kerja tak perfect.

My car (Proton Persona 2020) caught in an accident and the staff there (Nurul) assists me with everything required including preparation of Claim Losses of Use since I was hit by others.

Overall, best experience. It took one week only for them to repair and they even wash my car.

I have a very long minor scratch along my door due to a minor accident. I called and they asked me to do a walk-in. After the made the inspection, they helped me solve my issue by polishing the affected area for free. The scratch was gone. It was a service without charges. Thanks!

Had a dent in new car which was hit by another car in parking lot. One part had major dent and which had to be changed completely and the front bumper had scratches which had to be painted. The quotation was for both. When the car was ready, the bumper still had a minor scratch. However Mr. MC KWAN - Assistant Manager was very friendly. He quickly checked with concerned persons and sorted out the matter as soon as I pointed it out. Instead of forcing anything on customer he explained clearly the available solutions and allowed me to choose the solution. The work may not be perfect every time but we need customer care professionals/managers like him to address the situation with grace and give meaningful solutions.
