Good service by John who helped us through the whole car purchase process, including applying for loan to multiple banks (to compare rates), as well as connecting us to get tinting for a discount, etc. The only problem is that the test drive loop is quite small and doesn't really let you test and experience the car performance on highway. They said it's for insurance reason, not covered beyond the small area. Suggest they improve this because cars are a big purchase, better to let buyers test thoroughly. The whole process to buy the car (Iriz) was 2 weeks from first visit to car collection. John was an understanding SA, answered our non-stop questions patiently. We love our new car, dare I say it's way better than the Myvi we tested!
