Car got minor problem so came for checking, they say need booking after CNY, because not enough manpower,
funny thing, 2 years ago say no enough man power, 2 years later now still say no manpower.this company no money to hire staff or what?
now no manager, no foreman, no experience technician, open what 4s service center, better close.
Somemore this kind of things happen HQ also never take action?
someone atas gaodim already or what?

ps: parking also not enough, 4S service center but landscale like small workshop.

Not recommended, pernah datang servis dekat sini, servis 60 ribu mileage, lepas sehari kereta terus ada masalah overheat. Bila pergi refer balik dalam 3 hari lepas tu, kereta pulak kena tinggal seminggu tanpa ada kereta ganti, tukar radiator baru under warranty dan kena cas rm200+ labour cost maknanya dalam seribu ringgit saya kena belanja termasuk servis yang awal tu yang best nya lepas dah buat semua tu, masalah temperature naik tu still ada. Mengarut

X good service and Mandai2 charge more and then you have problems leaving your hands! Celake has a Proton!

My apptm 10am.i came early about 9.40am and settled everythg 3pm.
1- this is my 1000km service.i inform at the counter ‘window belakang saya tak boleh bukak’ and the girl told me ‘yang ni only for service.kalau nak complaint kena buat another apptm’ then me argue with her.luckily got one male staff help me to settle it.
2- i request to wash my car.and the staff told me need to wait after 2.30.bcs now no staff due to solat jumaat.and i agreed.im willing to wait.
3- 3.15pm, the staff told me my car already ready. Guess what? When i open my door, they are not vacuum my car.they only wash outside.inside they never touch. NEVER.outside also the just wash like stupid. Not wipe the water.so, why this company request me to wait from 10am to 3.15 if your job like stupid? If you cant do it properly, you can tell your customer baik2 which you all memang tak ada masa.tak perlu i tunggu until 5 hours thereeeeeee.stupid!

Kalau ade kosong star mmg aku bagi kosong star.tersangat2 bermasaalah terutama bahagian insuren and claim, tempat yg rosak tak repair lepas tu pergi calar@ketuk tempat lain, tau la nk claim lebih.mule2 sebelum sain hantar claim kat sini semua boleh. Itu boleh ni boleh lepas sain, terus 360 kau belit.dah siap hantar ambik kete pintu yg repair pulak kene tutup kuat2 baru alarm x bebunyi.dah tu tuka bumper skru pun x ketat, duk dlm kete tutup tingkap pun bunyi bumper gegar sampai kedalam. Dah xkan aku nk anta smule tinggal kete lagi. Ape bende la. Belum cite bab dpt appointment lagi.mmg aku xkan jejak kaki dah kesini

Appointment was given on Friday at 2pm.but there were no staff to attend until 2.30. It took 3 hours 40 minutes to return my car for a normal 30k service.

If possible i wouldn't even give 1 star but had to in order to post. This centre service is really very slow and I would strongly suggest not to tow your car here for any accidents repair/etc.it took them 4 months just to order and get the parts which is totally not acceptable since now is no longer MCO and need more than 2 weeks to repair while mine is not that major accident. Just speechless!

Seriously if make appointment go to the center also can be so slow more waiting 40 minit only for register then what to do with the appointment for the service center

Very poor customer service. Appointment was at 10 am and I arrived at 9.55am and hand over the service book and car key. I was told to wait that actually took them an hour to serve my number. There’s only 2 front desk staffs for service who handle customers. I was told to have my breakfast where they have food at the waiting area I went there and nothing was there probably it finished. I strongly suggest you to manage your appointment customers accordingly so that you don’t lose them for their next service.

The worst service centre we have ever experienced. Refused to note down our complaints on car noise and verbally told us that they will look into the issue which they didn't. Charged us for unnecessary service, did not call us when they completed the service. We called so many times and no one answered the calls. End up we went directly to the centre and was told the car is ready for collection. Later on we
found a dent at the car front bumper which wasn't there at the time we delivered the car for service.

Walked in without an appointment because I had a problem with my car (can’t open my boot and the back wiper had also stopped working). Had a very unpleasant experience talking to Ang. Ang was just rude and a very unpleasant man to deal with. First off, he told me that it is not possible that my car has a powered tailgate bc that model does not have such a thing. When asked if there was anyway to make a report or something about the issue, Ang told me no such thing and If he were to lodge a report about the issue I’ll have to leave my car there for two weeks. When asked further why two weeks, I was told that the SC does not have time for my complaint and it’s either I leave my car there for two weeks or I can just leave. Bravo for such amazing customer service! If it’s not for the other service staff (whose name j didn’t get), I would have probably lost it right there and then. No idea what all the raving reviews about this Ang guy is all about. Terrible experience.

I have just written an email to proton customer care commending and praising Mr Ang the Service Advisor at the service counter on his excellent way of attending to my repair issues of my Proton X 70 today. The centre needs to show appreciation towards Mr. Ang. Good job Mr. Ang. Nasir Khan (VFA 4567)

No issues so far, bought my car from Desmond, very attentive SA. Always phoned in to book car service appointment, everything went out well.

Terrible service by the service centre personnel especially Ang. Didn’t even bother to check and blame us the customer that we did not use original floor mat. Mind you, I got the urban package done at your service centre, so are you telling me that your urban package by proton is not genuine? Secondly, when for another second service and complain demister issue, immediately this Ang said it was my tinting problem without even checking the car. Again, presumptuous opinion given by Ang. Advising all proton owners not to go to this service centre anymore, better to go elsewhere as from the preliminary statement by the front service technician already can gauge how much knowledge they have and not willing to provide genuine service and simply brush away by owners.
Registration of car, came 9am, 10.48am only able to register car for service. Slower than going to register to government clinic for diagnostic. Avoid this service centre at all cost.

Really bad service centre, Doesn't even deserved to be called a service centre. I went there because of my car brake got issue which is emergency but they say the were fulled and they recommend me to go other service centre which is 10KM away. How am I suppose to drive with my brake condition? They are not worry about customer safety. They just want to profit from their so called "services". Another thing when I was there is I had to wait so long and they didn't even have numbering system or counter to go to. I had to interrupt them to ask them regarding my brake issue which is rude on my part but it was emergency. Who knows how long I have to wait if I just sit there. In the end they didn't even offer to help me check and just send me away immediately. I went to other service centre near Kota Kemuning which eventhough is fulled is willing to help me check the issue. Really bad, don't go there if you have any issue they will just chase you away.

What a grand service centet. But service is horrible. Only one service advisor. Very slow. Waited for over one hour still waiting.
With over 3 counters only one working. Reception counter just as not so heloful.
Girl also not helping to be polite. Rude

This service centre takes very long even to register the customer who came to send car for service. Had to wait for 1 hour and 10 min just for registration not for the services. Furthermore there was no coffee or water dispensary. After the service, no proper way to guide for payment, asked to wait to be called for payment however anyone who comes just get first hand service. A better service program can be implemented and if it’s busy booking might as well have more workers to deal especially on working days where people taking time off to send the car and collect.
