It's really unprofessional. I just had a service mileage of 30k. A black leak leaked directly from the service station to my home. When I got home, there was only one space left. I called customer service and asked you to tow it back. They ignored it at all. You really need to check it every time.services. Bad reviews.

Servis, menjual dan alat ganti tulen Proton. Mesra dan selesa. Boleh beli kereta Proton baharu juga.

Showroom kemas dan bersih, layanan staff sangat baik. Recommend kalau nak beli atau servis kereta disini.

Standard customer service, environment is comfortable, n clean. But only provide very basic stuff in pantry. Dont expect the same like toyota. One thing unhappy is the technician pump my tyre air (x50) till 360! That's crazy!

Perkara yang perlu dibetulkan sebab nampak sangat mengarut
1.bila dalam phone cakap yak boleh tunggu, tapi bila dah sampai sana, service advisor cakap boleh tunggu. Maybe MCO, dia taknak orang berniat untuk tunggu kot
2. Dia yang call suruh datang pukul 830 pagi, tapi bila datang nama tiada dalam senarai. Siap cakap ada appointment ke. Nasib baik memang orang sikit, so boleh la selit jugak.

I brought my car for the 3rd service here.after service my car make a noise like something is inside my car.but I search everywhere nothing was found…but today I open my in front booth, I found that some plugs which was they change during service.totally disappointed. I thought my car having problem but they forgot to take off the plug after change it…please be careful next time.

Very comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They also disclosed the total price before service which is very transparent. The staff are professionally trained. The downside is the normal service is done very slowly, for example the sc required about 2 hours just for an engine oil and filter change. They also didn't give me the unused engine oil.

Bought car from this place. 2 days later aircond abnormal sound and suspension/absorber squeaking. Cannot resolve problem after reports made.

Tempat servis proton yang selesa dan laju. Sarapan disediakan bagi pelanggan yang awal sahaja. First come, first serve. Tempat proton ini boleh walk-in dan booking. Kalau nak lebih senang booking saja.
