Amazing service centre. No hidden charges or any attempts to upsell you. Was served by a customer representative named Azlan. Very friendly and attentive. He also tried his best to assist me to get my car service done within the timeline as I have another appointment elsewhere. 5 star service!

Nice place to service with free nasi lemah that so delicious, also here have nescafe machine for you to drink coffee or milo. Spaces are big and with free wifi.

Only con is my nasi lemah don't have spoon haha. So far so food here.

The vehicle services are getting worse over the time.

1. During periodic service on weekend, been ask the service advisor to check the faulty signal turn switch. The service member suspect defective but need send in to inspection on weekdays.

2. Booked a slot on weekdays for inspection, but service registration took more than half an hour even tho only 2 person in front of the queue.

2. After confirmed defect parts issue and parts ordering (small signal switch cost less than 100). Book appointment at 2pm, reached 1.45pm and only got myself entertained at 2.40pm where only one customer in front of the queue.

3. Waited till 5.10pm, been told they order the wrong parts and unable to fix. Will reorder the parts and call me again when parts arrived. I'm stunned in the scene, it took me days of annual leave just to comeby for a small replacement faulty parts. Understand from my friends that it will only cost me less than 200 bucks to replace it at accessories shop. This is a terrible experience.

Things are getting worse and I'm getting myself to consider others option.a. Why don't the service center run a numbering system, putting a service reception member is even pricier and ineffective. The numbering system also can also made up for the management to analyse cycle time of the service advisor and what kind of continuous improvements needed.b. Small, visible and easy to identify faulty parts shouldn't have to gone thru technician inspection then only follow by parts ordering. Experience service advisor or service manager should be there to take up responsibility to do the checking, pre-order parts and customer only need come for single replacement visit (normally 1st visit is during periodic service) to get everything done.
It ease the time for both parties and congestion of the service schedule.

Worst place.today given appointments to change my x70 CKD absorber.then I came sharp 10 am. 4 mechanic not working today so can’t change absorber today.ask me come on Friday or keep my car there. Last time my car down casing broke.waited 3 months (after multiple calling). They managed get my car down casing.but wrongly order for x70 cbu. I make noise n meet the manager.finally they took casing from other car (display/show room unit) n fixed inside my car. Regret n disappointment service.

Nice and spacious 4S centre. Good service and the staff very helpful and friendly.but the toilet no so clean and OKU toilet is used for storing cleaning stuff.

Janganlah pergi hantar kereta kalau ada problem dekat sini. Second time pergi report isu sama tunggu drpd 10 lebih pagi sampai dekat pukul 3 ptg tak ada call.

Turun minta cek status katanya kereta dah siap cek dlm pukul 2 ptg, no call or message received.

Last2 tgk report masalah tak selesai. Saya hilang kepercayaan untuk servis di sini lagi. Berapa kali nak pergi sini lagi untuk settle masalah pun saya tak pasti.

As arrived for the first time, I'm quite a lot of questions, all their staff very good answering my questions even 2 times i should go to car, forgot my services book, staff escort me to the car and open the main door for me.as I'm there, im not open the main door by myself, so i feel im welcomed. Even just small thing but I'm appreciated. Thank you for the very good customer services proton setia alam! Keep it up!

Service advisor here are very friendly and the lounge on second floor is very comfortable. Worth to come back for my next service. If anyone looking to get a new Proton cars, can look for NICK. Very friendly sale man

Slow service! Appointment at 1pm but at 2pm only was called to the counter. Promised to be done at 5.30pm but had to wait until 6pm.

Service was very slow, people always not in the outlet, going out and missing. Need to wait extra time so their staff can enjoy doing slow work. Such a waste of time. People are rushing and have many things to do but the staff can enjoy at work like no one in waiting line. Please change the productivity of your staff!

I sent the x70 car to proton for service as usual, when I received the car that had been serviced from proton my car suddenly had a problem. And the pronton promised to be responsible for my car after they did the service. The second time I sent my car to be checked, they didn't want to do it on the grounds that there were no items to replace. Very bad Service from proton and not responsible and they asked me to send the car somewhere else while I had already paid the proton. The third time they check the car there is still sound and effect after they service. My Question is “PROTON” why you do like this why you not take responsibility and Why You told Me to send my car to other places to service and double check I Bay Car From Proton not from other brands. ” I want to ask You This is good Service you provide”please feetback Me!
