I've served here 3 times, it's the best. Ws je for booking date. They really do service with books & proton website.

I really like this proton service centre due to its simplicity, kind and helpful customer service and no bureaucratic nonsense. I was told that I did not need to do a full gearbox oil service every year due to proton cvt can last up to 3 years. Only normal oil change will do every 20k. I highly recommend this place for normal service and maintenance for any proton cars. And there is also a very nice southern indian restaurant nearby, the dosai and teh tarik is really good.

Rude customer service, (that woman) I been there several times but my last two times was very bad. I asked for checking on some issues however they reluctantly did not bother to check at all. When asked for results, she try to avoid the question and only asked for payment. Very rude!

Came here to have the check-engine light on inspected. Was promptly attended to even though I didn't have an appointment. Was assured all was good after a FOC computer scan - thank you! I would highly recommend this Proton Service Centre!

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is more far better than other service centre. Easy to make an appointment. Klang valley are recommend to came here

One of the worst sc center.tried calling them 17 times and no answer. Even the lady told that she will email me and its been 2 hours and no email yet (booking appointments). So hard for the sc to answer any calls, even tried to call them with a diff number still no answer.

Good service, service advisor are friendly and professional, foreman are good and willing to share their knowledge as well, but I heard service advisor (Chinese uncle, not sure what his name) from Proton SC Jalan Kebun saying that Sonytoyo will skip some part of the service, example like pump air-conditioner gas or some service related to air-conditioner (because they don't have those equipment), change valve cover gasket (because they wan work easy) and some other detail service will skip as well (due to rust on time forgot what is the other detail service that SC JK told me already)

Sangat pantas buat kerja. Staff friendly. Nak booking senang. Just call. Tapi harga mmg mahal. Tukar lampu dalam kereta persona sahaja dah 60 ringgit termasuk labour work. Dalam shopee baru 15 ringgit. So fikir fikirkan lah.

Send my car for 1st service, been to this place many many years very since my first proton car, service was good and fast!

This is the first time my present Proton Saga made the regular service check.when the usual svce centre SAG Wira unable to provide because I did not made an advance appointment (according to present PKP requirements). The last time I came to this centre was way back during the 90's.when my second son bought the first edition of Saga BLM model. During that era SAG Wira was not established yet, and this centre was the nearest to home.

An excellent service pit stop, great explanation about warranty n wear n tear parts till understand, wonderful n fast service, good talented machanic.
Affordable price charges.im satisfied into it.

Small service center. Setting up appointment is relatively easy. Can't expect much as they don't have facilities to do balancing and alignment.

Great place. Easy to make appointment. Explain thoroughly what they will do during the car service. Will come again for next service.

Good service, happy customer, i come without booking in early morning but they still serve me first.got free carwash voucher also

Dissapointed with the service manager who did not take responsibility or follow up on the task at hand.

The service manager should take charge and update the customer on the availability of parts even if there is a delay in arrival instead of leaving the customer in the dark.

The service manager should buck up if this service centre would like to compete with other Proton Service Centres which are newer, bigger and provide better environment for the customers.

Really dissapointed and time wasted on the service and parts that never came with no updates from the service manager.

Such a shame because the service technicians were well mannered and competent.

Good customer service but need to improve on customer waiting room. Need to be isolated from staff area
