Pro Tect Auto Service Centre

First time trying this shop services and I would say is very good experience for people that doesn't really have knowledge on car. The worker Mr Ben is very patient to check the car and explained every finding with reason and consequences if you choose to ignore.

Note that do try to make an appointment as he mentioned he is running on an appointment basis.

and willing to come over to Cyberjaya at late night on Sunday.

Good service but managed not good communication went to do my tyres n nuts n bolts for tyres, also ordered lower arm L n R, shock absorbers 4x, to be fixed they say tomorrow ok then tomorrow they say not yet, must pay depisit and lots of cars maybe cannot do same day! Worst case ive come across, otherwise their workers are very good! Just too bad poor communications, and no empathy or apologies!

Went today, for part replacement, being charge high labour charges for two parts replacement. Even same labour price if I canceled and do only one part replacement. Now my car got sound after replacement

I went today to this workshop for engine oil and oil filter change and I was satisfied with the fast service and friendly workers in the service center. The workers were very friendly and the I got my service done in just 10 minutes with a very reasonable price compared to other car service centres. Thank you for the good service.

The service is okay. I'm regular customer. Ah Ben the boss very friendly tapi dia cakap dia pekerja je. I will buy part at another spare part shop (more cheaper, more easier, more faster) then, bring it to ah ben to assemble/replace it. Kedai spare part ada je area² sana. Lupa nama kedai. Tangkap gambar pun dalam kereta waktu hujan

Sent my car here for major service after reading many good reviews. I was not disappointed! The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

Fix my leaking radiator pipe in about 2 hours cos was waiting for the spare parts and the staff are very helpful in explaining the things that is spoil and may go wrong with my car.

The owner and workers take much care in the services they provide. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Their work ethic is simply amazing. I've only been there once, but one visit is enough to make me become their regular customer in the future. Will definitely recommend to friends and family members.

Positive: The owner of the shop is experienced and he have a team of bangla that knows how to fix car. Service is top notch.

Negative: Some of the car parts are more expensive that market price. When i ask around for the same brand the price is cheaper.

They really know how to fix car.all the workers and people working there are so humble.and fix the car with really low cost
