Don’t bring your printer here if it’s not under warranty. Sent my faulty printer over to check, but was given a quotation to replace the parts amounting to almost 90% of the printer price when bought brand new.

Rejected the quotation and watched YouTube for ways to fix it. “Power cleaning” function completely fixed my issue. I really can’t believe how the technicians don’t even bother trying this method before giving me a quotation.

Good service. Technician willing to explain the problem with printers sent for repair. Also give options available to customer.

This shop sells 001 Epson Printer Ink and it's a place that command the highest price in the market. In other words, do not go there unless you have no other choice.

Very responsive to queries. The only drawback is that they have to deal with Epson, which is slower than a drowsy sloth.

I came here only got informed they don't repair Brother printer. They didn't mention this at all when I call them for enquiry before I came here. Wasted my RM30+ Grab fee.

7/9/2020 - Fast response from owner in map. Have call to pickup printer on 4 pm. Affordable charge for printer service. Before I send for problem on my Epson L565 error paper jam

Repaired faulty HP printer, easy parking and prompt service. No need call, email can settle everything.

Price is reasonable though i dont know market rate to repair printers, it didnt even cost me 10% of my printer cost.
