Grace, the superstar sales. Have had my CX5 collected back in July 2023. Looking back, it was a great experience dealing with her.

Her resourcefulness has greatly helped me in facilitating the whole car acquisition process from A to Z in a timely manner. In fact, faster than I have expected.

I understand she has hordes of prospects and active clients in hand at any time, but that doesn't really affect her quality of service and responsiveness.

Car collection process was pleasant. Everything well explained, obviously from her "almost daily" car handing over sessions, practice makes perfect.

It does require someone with passion and great persistency to get this far and achieve this standard of service in any line of work. Hats off to Grace.

Absolutely professional! I loved that from the time I enquired she never over promised, or oversold anything and I especially loved how she gave me my time and space to consider things as I am not a fan of being pressured.
She handled and arranged everything so efficiently from the booking to the paperwork up to the car delivery. Eventough she estimated a 6 month wait, but it only took ONE!
I especially appreciated how she updated me necessarily without me asking and understanding my busy schedule Suffice to say I was more than happy to be led to be a first time car owner thanks to Grace!

Got a new car from the Bandar Puteri Prima Merdu Mazda branch. Although I cannot attest to GRACE LOW the (Sales Advisor) sales skills in convincing me to get the car, (as I already set my mind to get the particular car & just walk in to book the car) BUT her customer service & sales process was excellent with her. She was very patient and understanding with my questions and able to respond me at a short notice. During the sales handover, she even explained thoroughly about the car systems & I felt very positive dealing with her. Everything went smoothly with her. Would definitely recommend to my contacts if interested to buy Mazda cars.
