Was having some issues on my Countryman, and well-fixed by them.
Truly appreciates, the (Mr. Hwa) Branch Manager’s effort and help.
I've had some minor issues with my BMW X1 for some time now. It started off with the gear transmissions being not as smooth as before and was also lurching and jerking a little. I've sent in to Euro Tech Motorsports in Sunway Damansara, Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and also another smaller workshop but none of them could diagnose the issue, returned the car back to me and said it's ok, no problem.
I started hearing some squeaking noises when driving so I did a quick google search hoping to find a workshop nearby and Prestige popped up. It's their latest branch in Taman SEA so I made an appointment and dropped my car. Aiman attended to me and said to give him a couple of hours to check after making a short drive with me to identify the noises. I received my quote from Mr. Hwa in both OEM and Ori prices for the parts replacements (I love that I'm being offered the choice!) as well as the labour charges. Great service as you don't get shocked by your final bill and already know what you're paying for!
My car was ready in a couple of days. I've been so happy driving my car around the past few days and think Prestige needs to have another 5 star review added to their bag! Definitely recommending Prestige to everyone and anyone I know! Keep up the great work guys!
