Excellent car service centre for continental car. Will also service other Japanese car brands

No doubt that the shop head is nice. However, they are not good at service other brands' car. The charge is generally higher. I do not mind if able to solve my problem but they just like guessing and the issue keep repeating.very frustrated and changed to other workshop.

Brought my overdued-to-service Teana, initially was feeling out of place as this place is where the luxury Marques are being repaired. Still, Mr Lim promptly serviced my car, and even detected some oil leak in the flywheel gasket, and solution to my rough gear in low rpm, which I will be heading back again to get this fixed, after mco is over.

I gotta say, one of the best car service workshop I've been to. I dealt with this guy called Lim and he makes sure I know ever single details about what I'm gonna change and he also makes sure you understand.

The car service center has never failed me in providing good quality service, with review and updated progress of the car from years. The staff are courteous, offer help and demonstrate trouble shooting solutions if in any small cases that the care needs attention. Congratulations!

Sent my Mercedes C class for servicing, technician very professional and protect the car like we care. Excellent job. Recommended workshop for all continental vehicles owner.

Despite of majority luxury cars (BMW, Bentley, Porsche) preferred workshop, they treat customer equal quoted reasonable price for continental car, cheaper by around 60%-70%. For same repair part, VW quoted around RM3.7K while Prestigue charged RM1K, i don’t mind to opt for OEM products since VW original part is not robust. As for the waiting time, Mr. Lim estimated around 1-2 days and they made it. While VW, i used to wait for 3 weeks, car was in the workshop due to part was unavailable. I had to use public transport to work and called Grabcar to send and pick up kids from school everyday. However, Prestigue resolves inconveniences caused to customer, Mr. Lim lent a MyVi so my day to day work was not impacted. Thumb’s up to Prestigue.

It's not easy to find a genuine car workshop. Lim is excellent. Top notch diagnostics and most importantly they are honest and helpful. This is how most workshops should treat their customers. Think of the long term income not the short term.
