Did a health screening two weeks ago, have to personally called today to follow-up on the report. The clinic doesn't send message or update me when the report is ready for collection.

Pada pendapat saya ini adalah klinik terbaik di Shah Alam.

Klinik ini merangkumi pelbagai kemudahan. Dari rawatan perubatan biasa sehinggalah ke X Ray, CT Scan, ECG, Rawatan Diabetis dan beberapa khusus lain.

Doktornya yang ramai terdiri dari pelbagai bangsa serta usia. Diketuai oleh doktor berpengalaman, Datuk Dr Shaik Amin.

Kakitangan juga ramah, baik dan sangat membantu.

Tempoh menunggu juga tidak terlalu lama.

Harga yang dikenakan juga peringkat pertengahan.

Setakat hari ini sepanjang saya menjadi pelanggan klinik ini bermula di klinik lama sebelah Maybank Kota Kemuning dulu, lbh kurang 12 tahun dulu, saya sangat berpuas hati.

Saya sentiasa melakukan medical check up secara rutin di sini antara 3-4 bulan sekali.

Jagalah kesihatan sebaik mungkin.

Jika kita tidak cukup sihat bagaimana kita hendak menyihatkan orang lain?

Jika kita tidak cukup bahagia, bagaimana kita hendak membahagiakan orang lain?

Had a few visit here. So far my visit are all great and attentive by the doctor and nurse. Thank you

Worst GP I’ve ever met. I came in with gastritis but he insisted that I have food poisoning when I don’t even have diarrhoea or stomach cramp. And in the end he prescribed Panadol to me? Will not ever go back there again. I pity ppl who is misdiagnosed and mistreated by him

Good service from doctors here. Have been a patient here for many years now. Doctors here care quite a bit

Doctor (Vyti) is good and professional. The nurse (Emma & some others) that handles the medicine and admin process is extremely poor and lack of customer service value. Waited for so long >20min to collect medicine. That also I need to go approach them hard.

Claimed problem with AIA portal.
This is so wrong and indeed a lean excuse. The portal issue resolved within minutes after I approached them, after >20min of waiting. They even asked me whether I was registered or not when I approached them. If customer service is on top of their value, they could have approach me prior than standing there chitchatting. If I didn't approach them, I am not sure how long I need to wait.

A massive thank you to Dr Fraser Chia and physiotherapist Mr Ruban for all their amazing works. Mr Ruban has done the physio treatments for me over the passed few weeks when my slipdisk suddenly attacked me again. A big improvement after my first treatment and almost fully recovered after few weeks! Their professionalism and expertise are highly enough.

I would highly recommend Clinic Shaik to my friends and family. A professional, excellent result and friendly service that I highly recommend. They are truly amazing! Thank you and appreciate very much

Before this, I was told by my past chiropractor that I'd been diagnosed with a slipped disc. Last month, I was in pain in my lower back until I couldn't sleep well at night, so I decided to make an appointment with Ruban, a physiotherapist introduced by my friend on the next day. At first, his schedule was packed, but I told him about how painful I am, so he quickly scheduled an appointment for me, for which I'm really grateful. I attended 3 sessions, and now my lower back is pain-free and I can finally workout with ease.big thanks to Ruban!

First time datang ke klinik ni untuk suntikan imunisasi baby saya yg berumur 5 bulan. Based on my 1st experience:

Doktor khairil: bagus, peramah.sy suka doktor mcm ni.
Nurse yg timbang berat & ukur kelapa baby: pun bagus. & sgt sopan.
Nurse yg jaga bahagian dispensary: servis tidak bagus.muka masam & siap buat mata terbalik lagi. Bagi ubat tanpa penerangan yg jelas.cakap pun x jelas.sy kena baca sendiri aturan intake ubat tu.sy jenis yg pantang hospital /klinik bagi servis mcm ni.geram rasa nak sound je tadi nurse tu tapi nasib baik sy mampu sabar.sy pergi klinik bukan free, tapi sy bayar utk dptkan consultation & treatment dari doktor serta utk dptkan service yg baik.bagi sy nurse tersebut perlu attend lebih training tentang cara berkomunikasi & melayan pesakit/customer.

Have been coming here since August 2022 under Jancy. She is such a miracle worker! She helped me recover from my knee, foot and lower back pains and I’m doing so well after that! I am so grateful for her care for my joints! She’s also such a good motivator and exudes positivity! She’s friendly, sympathetic, empathetic and cares a lot for her clients and is very positive about our rehab!

She makes coming for Physio a fun and calming experience and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist! I highly recommend her over and over again! Thank you Jancy for being such a great physiotherapist!

The service is not that great and miscommunication everywhere, should train the staff better on how to do the PR. If you are someone with lack of patience and free time to spend back and forth just for a mere health check up then please do attend other facility elsewhere.

Book an appointment for a health check up at the end of Dec 2022, and up till today (9th Jan 2023) I still not getting any call to come and get the result, the staff said in 3-5 days but based on the things that going on it is surely over that duration already.

Nonetheless, there is so many miscommunication going on especially with the ultrasound scanning, in the earlier communication with the staff they didn't even mentioned a hint about the scan only can be done on weekend, so i take a leave during working days just to get everything settle down in one day but pity me nope i need to come back again just for a scan due to the staff incompetence in communicating the details with the patient.
And it is at the end of the year and people going for a long holiday including me.

So i came back just for a scan during last weekend (7th Jan) and yes still no calling to come pick up the result up till today.

So disappointed with the way the staff handling the communication, so many time can be saved if they communicate the details properly. I dah la duk jauh

I gave extra 1 star as a token of appreciation only for my attending doctor (malay girl freehair one dont remember the name) and petite nurse miss Shahida or shuhada if not mistaken for serving me greatly.

Yes please improve the communication and PR. How much longer should I wait ni deyyy

Superbly impressed by the staff and how quick the operation i went through. I did a employment medical check up. From registration -> blood test -> urine -> xray -> result took around 30 minutes. Good job!

Went to get covid test (rtk) because I do self test twice and both of it positive. But surprisingly the rtk result negative and the nurse ask me to ignore the self covid test result. When i ask why, the nurse explain sometimes do saliva the result positive but nasal negative. I do explain my symptoms (fever and cough) to them, but they ignore it. Go back home and I do self test again for the third time and it was positive again. Next day, I book appointment with another clinic to do rtk again. And it was POSITIVE! Hope next time the staff will listen and take extra precaution when this happened so won't waste time and money to keep doing rtk.

Came for physio here, ms jancy the physiotherapist super excellent explained well about the feet and did the best therapy.fell much better n improved alot.cant wait for next session with her amazing women.

Excellent Clinic. Fast efficient and great ambience. My experience at both their Glenmarie and Kota Kemuning clinic exceeds my expectations! Doctors are friendly and actually listen to what you have to say.
Datuk Dr Ameen Shaik himself was actively attending to patients.

Pharmacy has only 1 counter which delay the collection time. So many nurse and admin in the counter area but the process is not efficient at all.
Have to wait for 1.5 hours to complete consultation from dr and taking the medicine just for a normal sickness.
Very disappointing and is not a good experience.

Almost 5 years ambil ubat dan dapatkan rawatan dekat sini, even harga agak mahal tapi ubatnya bagus. Doctor pun semua friendly bagi advise bagus². Memang jarang la pergi klinik lain kalau tak terpaksa. Recommended

Nurse aishah at registration counter is really helpful. We came with empty handed no document plus at wrong time due to miscommunication of third party but she promptly solve it. Give her raise!
