The manager was very attentive to customer needs. Follow up and insurance claim processes were very smooth and effective. Most importantly, very skilled workers, my car now is like new after repairing

1) I send my car for minor repair. Boss said 1 day can be done. But took 3 days to get it done.
2) I requested for original spares parts where we hv discussed at the beginning (I can afford myself). But in the end, they gv me OEM spares parts without informing me.
3) insurance claim is not same as what has been discussed. In the end I hv to pay it.

Conclusion: dun over promised if you can't make it. I can send my car to other workshops. Just tell the truth. As a company, u should inform the customer first if you realised the T&C is not same as what has been discussed in the beginning. Not do first then ask the customer to pay for it.

This car repair shop is great and fast. I would recommend it to others if they are damaged and would like to paint their car once after it is repaired.

Amazing experience.
