I call pmcare, and jawab macam tengah call dengan boyfrnd.boleh pula staff pmcare jawab 'mm'. Macam tu ke jawab formal punya soalan? Sangat sangat kurang ajar yang jawab call 22 Nov, 3 petang.ingat kerja company besar macam tu, ada lesen nak kurang ajar dengan client? Omg.

Worst customer service.klinik complaint pasal sistem pun tak dilayan dengan baik.dah la service charge mahal berbanding TPA lain.mohon hire orang lain sebagai customer service.

I should give PMCare 5 start on their service after compare it with my new insurance (company). A lot of panel clinic near by, very fast on claim request approve, very fast respon on calling (customer service), fast respon on GL request approved. So far never face bad experience with PMCare. But now after my employer change to other insurance, its like a nightmare.

Am very upset with pmcare service.poor service.am waiting a month for them to clear my claim.
After a month processing my claim is approved, am very happy.
Cause my claim RM365
Pmcare paid only consultation fees and my lab test is not covered.
At least they informed me

Perkhidmatan call center yang teruk dan masih ketinggalan zaman. Berapa lama untuk menunggu ditalian untuk bercakap dengan pegawai yang bertugas? Hanya dapat dengar muzik dan minta call semula dan call semula.

Dari awal berurusan dengan Customer Service Pmcare semuanya jawab dengan cara yang tidak berhemah, nada yang marah dan malas untuk menjawab soalan dari customer. Harap pihak Pmcare untk mengadakan khusus dan teknik khas kepada CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Layanan sangat laa terokkkkk cakap pun lebih kurang jaaa padahal kita ckp baik-baik okayyy? Ingt jawatan tinggi sangat ke? Sampai ingore orang? Lain kali klau taknak kerja customer service takpayah kerja

Request GL via apps always got rejected, not sure why the reason or the people behind the desk is not competent enough.

Tutup je la department customer service tu. Takda function lansung. Pmcare apps down, call customer service berpuloh kali takda orang jawab. Tutup then jimat opex company.

When people call before claim don’t know how to advice properly on the steps and documents. But later when want to claim, demand all sort of additional documents and easily reject claim!

Went here to submit my 81yo mother's dialysis claim. Receptionist and the claim staff was very helpful guiding me the whole process. Pleasant 1st time experience. Keep up the good service. Thank you

P/s-can improve to be wheelchair friendly as my mother was on wheelchair and had difficulty accessing your office.

Worst insurance company, not even worth giving 1star. They are there to cheat customers, no phone response, no email response no way to make a complain etc.
The only way is to complain to Bank Negara ombudsman.

Most Lousy service. No notification to applicant when claim is rejected. No platform for appeal as well. When trying to call the helping, no one is picking up calls. Not responding to email too. I will not even rate a star if I have the choice to not rate any star at all.
