33This is the place where I (and you, probably) stuck in jam for an hour every morning, just to be here to sit in a confined desk with a computer, pressing buttons like Stanly Parable, so that I could put food on the table and suffer like a first world citizen
My friend Mindy and I came over for lunch. Our waiter Shardat was very attentive and gave us a five star hotel service.
Went to level 18, AIA customer service, met very nice knowledgeable officers who are willing to help you settle any ambiguities regarding your policies
Came here for AIA insurance update payment. 18th floor.security forces are good.very helpful.
Alot of eating shops. Some are reasonable in prices. Well known restaurants cater for weddings, birthday celebrations, etc.
Parking at the complex is cashless. Make sure you have your TouchnGo topped up and handy at the carpark entrance itself or you will be holding up other cars. Alternatively you can use your credit card. Parking is really expensive!
Visit for AiA insurance related issues. Waited about 30mins or more.
After completed all. It took abt 45min.
Place easy to park, have a good Chinese restaurant there on the first floor, good supermarket, and quite a few restaurants worth dining. Have a "Lee's" frozen food specialist with lots of good meat and other products to choose from!
I went to AIA office at level 18, if I'm not mistaken. Just took the elevator up at the lobby. Immediately after leaving AIA office, we left the building after I used the wash room at the lobby. Nothing much at the lobby. Can only give a thumbs up for the cleanliness of the male washroom. The last couple of previous visits to Plaza 33, a few years ago, I parked at their multi-storey car park, and had nothing positive to say about their car park. Very limited bays for a building of it's size & narrow parking bays. And I remember the charges were on the high side considering it's not even in KL. So having had that undesirable experience, I decided to find an alternative parking spot nearby and walked across this time.
Plaza 33 is an extension of PJ33 (formerly known as Jaya 33) in which is an integrated Grade A office and retail mall development. This Plaza 33 office building in Petaling Jaya's Section 13 is a Grade-A office building. It is a PJ33 expansion with the same Hyperoffice functionality. Plaza 33 is consisting of two 16 and 25-story office buildings. Apart from workplaces, the structure includes restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a big gym with a swimming pool, and a function and seminar space for rent.
Concierge service, meeting and conference rooms, 24-hour security, an underground vehicle lot, and uploading bays are among the facilities accessible. There are many parking spaces accessible, although the cost of parking might be high when compared to other locations. You may park in Section 14 in front of PJ33, but getting a parking spot there will be a real troublesome.
Seafood World, Coliseum, Subway, and Burger King are some of the well-known restaurants in PJ33. Because their target customers are largely office staff around lunch hour, the costs are reasonable. And, fewer people would come here to have meals in the evenings and at night.
Another draw to this PJ33 is the Jaya Grocer Supermarket, which sells high-quality food at a good price. When it comes to shopping at this supermarket, the crowd is generally from the Section 13 and Section 14 neighborhoods.
It is completely safe to walk around PJ33 since security guards will constantly be on the watch, and CCTV cameras will be installed in both interior and outdoor areas to safeguard the building's and people's safety. It is quite safe for women to go alone.
Possibly due to the pandemic, the main hall appears to be not as busy as before. On the ground floor, most active seems to be Jaya's Grocer n MBG. Most other shoplots are shuttered leaving two pharmacies, one dental clinic, one skin clinic, one selling photography acessories n equipment, one selling clothes and another offering hair-care related products running. There's a small area dedicated to catering with 2 stalls selling Malay food, one selling Chinese vegetarian food n another stall offering Indian rojak. On level one, only the Chinese restaurant is operating. There are also few shops facing the main road. I noticed one is a Korean restaurant, another one is a fast food. There's also a shop selling frozen meat and sundries.
Small plaza building with 2 floors consist of restaurants. Parking is not too expensive especially after 6pm where it charges only 1 flat rate. Parking only payable with TnG or direct debit card. The toilets are clean. There are office building connected with the plaza.
This integrated development comprises of two blocks of offices one which is occupied by Prudential and the other by Maybank and few other offices. There are few nice restaurants, a supermarket, the YL Camera store, Watsons, news stand, optical shop, Ascent Pharmacy plus the Oriental Pavilion on the first floor. There are a few empty shops hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Easy convenient but very expensive parking.
An addition to Jaya 33. It is primarily an office block with some F&B outlets such as Coliseum, Kampachi, Noble Mansion. Etc.
Also a good place to park your car if you want to go for an event at Chinese Restaurant Hee Loi Ton at the back of Plaza 33. The restaurant is infamous for its lack of car park.
It has Jaya Grocer super market, Beauty parlour, Burger King, Secret Receipe and other restaurants.
Nothong much except a Korean restsurant which is pretty good, a Jaya Grocer which is cramped and poorly syocked for fruit and meat especially, a Chemist with sales assistants who were a little out of their depth and lacked knowledge about prices, though they were lovely and very very pleasant and helpful and I still shop there. Theres an MBG too which makes up for the shortcomings of the grocers. Theres a money changer and a few other stores on the ground floor but nothing to offer a good shopping experience.
Im AIA Agent, i visit here for payment counter. Please dont hasitate to call me. I face to face and online meeting also can serve for provide insurance plan. That building now AIA brought. There many business and can join work some company for as staff.
Best "local" supermarket (Jaya Grocer).
Relatively well stocked. Good adherence to Covid-19 SOPs. Vigilant security guards. Excellent aisle-girl, who is a great walking guide to where to find what.
Parking must be with TnG and with minimum credit of RM 20.
First hour parking RM 5.00.
No wonder there are so many cars parked outside
The lift is such a headache in the morning. Very slow and always out of service when it's peak time. There will always be long queue every morning. Plus, there's no air-conditioning at all in the lift
