RUDE LADY ANSWERING CALL WITHOUT FINISH TALK YET JUST HANGUP AND ASK TO COME SHOP RIGHT AWAY. Customer especially busy don't get time to go shop to shop plus covid-19 new Varian, so mostly customer would call to ask first. Thank you for pickup the call btw.but really bad and rude for hang-up call. BATTER WATCH THE REVIEW FIRST BEFOR GO AND BUY FROM THIS KIND OF SHOP. BAD BAD BADD!

If you read good reviews, thats only because they come for the first time and only buy new bikes. Bad review comes when you come to repair your bike. My experience was the same with others, when u ask for price, mechanics will tell u cheaper price, when done with repairing, the owner/aunty will give u higher price and gave so many reasons why so expensive. And they did not even repair or solves my bike problem. Next day i come to told them that the problem is still there, then they start to diagnose just using their assumptions and eyes, really powerful one i tell u. 1. Bad and low quality mechanics 2. Bad with diagnosing problem, just assumptions. 3. Certain price will go as high as triple from other workshop. My motorbike have one same problem that will come every 6months to 1year which is petrol host need to be change. 1st workshop i went charge me only RM15 to change the hose. Next time i change near to my workplace, 2nd workshop charge me RM30. And when i went to this workshop they charge me RM45 just for the hose. So you better be careful when u come here.

My rear bolt Yamaha Nmax missing after find out from other authorized service centre.

So i call this outlet and they advise me to come there bcoz previously do servicing and replace tyre rotation.

But come for what? Everything cover up only with words by 2 (two) boss and as rear tyre adjustment rotation didnt charge by them previously. So no prove do replace and back up me for missing bolt. Even they didnt do checking further for coming there, only come for the words and finish.

Overall your professionalism is zero based on your feedback. Possibility may get full star for sales but zero star for your after sales-service centre.

Advice to all owner - Please check your own bolt after servicing, worry will be missing after this.

Good place to buy small bikes and to service them. The bosses are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Dishonest shop.the spare part is very pricey.the aunty cakap pusing2 & harga main cakap jer. I dont get what I paid for.after changing the spare part, my bike got an abnormal sound.very frustrated.

Berhati-hati singgah ke kedai motor ini. Hati kena kental. Some forman akan bagitahu mcm2 utk membuat pertukaran part.kita kena decide dan jgn layan pelbagai kata manis. Bgthu tak nak menukar alat ganti. Jiwa kena kental. Nnti abis duit gaji korang. Sekian terima kasih.

Staff there not friendly & limited parking space heavy traffic infront of the shop main road.

Nk beli R25 dlu pernah tnya kedai ni. Bgi dokumen terus xnak layan.confirm tk lepas dia kata.kah3.baru tnjuk payslip.blom tnjuk duit tepi kiri kanan atas bawah. Last2 pergi satu kedai di setapak, jalan genting klang.bg dokumen salesman tu terbaek.cuba dlu bang dia kata.kalau tknlepas tkda hal tk payah bayar apa2.dah selamat 4 tahun dah rtupai aku.taun depan abis bayau dah.kalau nk kena harga yahudi mabuk.beli la sini.

Dishonest shop, mentioned RM500 but charge RM900+. When I finally get my motorbike back, the gear light is spoiled. The owner asked to leave my bike there and said the light broken. I insist not to, in the end she admitted the main reason is the mechanic inexperience and messed the internal wiring.

What came to worse is the, they din't even fix my bike in the end. Shameful to overcharge customer, I believe are not someone you should trust!

Send battery to charge.they insist me to buy a new one and said the battery is not good just by looking at it.paid rm8 said come and collect after 1 hour.assemble back and tadaa. NOTHING HAPPEN! Send to other shop to charge it and it works perfectly fine! Totally con shop think i would come back to by a new battery from this shop! I just use the battery for the past 8 month.total LIAR!

They have many mechanics & clerks, so their service very fast. But spare parts quite pricey. Please nego, carefully checked & get what you paid.

I was a returning customer to this shop until one incident where I got piston problem due to lack of engine oil. The repairer told me that the engine chamber bolt is a bit loose thus caused oil leak. I've been returning to this shop for more than 2 years. The piston issue cost me > RM 700 and the cost was written by the repairer guy instead of the cashier (the aunty/shop owner). So, I asked for a receipt and turned out that the cashier/owner typed in the ITEMS AND THEIR PRICE manually which took more than 5 minutes to type them. It looked weird to me, caused she should refer the price with the price list she has. She usually print the receipt without typing the price. I know she typed the items and their price manually because I was sitting right in front of her on the cashier table. Felt cheated after all this year.

When I came there to change a tyre all was wonderful and inviting me to come back if I needed more. That I did, but then the staff was more distant and what I wanted they didn't have in stock. That always can happen of course, it's just the way they treated me in the second time that was a bit disappointing.

Make sure you are look for brand new bike & normal service ONLY but BEWARE they are always persuade customer to replace more parts/oil change. If you are ask them to check for engine technical issue then PLEASE STAY AWAY for this shop. Or else your head will be cop off!
