Agrees with the rest, the doctor will give a lot of genuine advice and you can ask him questions that you have doubt in your mind. He’s willing to answer it one by one. Great patience. I’ve spent an hour for my session to do a check and scanning for my baby.

I went to see the doctor on 29th April 2023 for the first time since we are trying to get pregnant. At that point of time the doctor checked and confirmed that I am not pregnant and continue trying. For the first appointment he explained well and charged us RM 220 only for consultation and scan with no medication.

On 14th May 2023 I tested positive for pregnancy and 15th May 2023 we went to see him again. We gave him the blood test result as well. Once he saw the result, he immediately started saying "oh which means u was pregnant on the first visit I saw you but there was no visible sac, it can be an ectopic pregnancy (Baby outside uterus). Like this means baby wont survive and need to surgically remove the fetus"

He could have just said lets check without giving out such negative thoughts before checking me. I am a PCOS patient, so for me this pregnancy is a blessing knowing how difficult to get pregnant with PCOS. When he checked me the baby sac was inside the uterus and then he wanted to check for heartbeat and said the heartbeat is slow and baby growth is small. So much of negative response from the doctor. He continued scarring us so badly about miscarriages and all.

He gave 3 type of medicine with one injection and charged us RM 420 for this visit. Usually doctors wont give such negative response without knowing anything for sure. The doctor should not scare the patients like this. I will never go here again. I found a better experienced doctor.

I put my hand into the uterus to check. It was such a private examination, but the door was wide open and the curtain was not drawn up at my request. The doctor also said that there was no one else here! The male doctor's attitude throughout the whole process was super bad. I wouldn't want to go there again!

Dr. Kelvin Liew is highly knowledgable and he shares his input and advice patiently and genuinely, as a professional and a gynae who delivered his 3 children. Highly recommended.

The clinic is neat and quiete no need
to wait because there is no patient.there are only 2 of us.

Very bad customer service, doctor is so unprofessional appointment at 11 he came 11: 20, he start talking about paying 18k for a treatment and he start showing off that my wife is so rich we can pay 18k no problem with that even he didn't tell us what is the problem, after we finish consultation with him which he didn't say anything about what we ask him about but ok, they ask for 300 when we ask can we see the bill they have no any explanation and no any official document, its very unprofessional and they are just doing business for money and you will never get any important information about your health and your condition.

Dr Kevin is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. I find the explanations given by him are better than a lot of doctors.

I find he is a positive doctor to his patients. His fee is reasonable and he won’t ask me to do unnecessary test.

I truly find that a lot of bad reviews about him are UNJUSTIFIED. I have been visiting this clinic for years after seeing some unprofessional and inexperienced doctors in this area. I feel some reviews posted here are purposely created by some people (which is likely Dr Kevin’s previous female business partner) with bad intention and motive in trying to defame his reputation and ruin his business.

Don’t judge the outlook of this clinic. The clinic is clean. Most importantly, the doctor is good and experience.

Very knowledgeable and humble person. Reliable but not the intended one who need you revisiting the clinic again for the sick of you hard-earned cash. We feel so glad and lucky to have choosen this clinic doctor as the preferred primary care specialities and surgeon doctor for my wife throughout prenancy period until deliver of baby with them for both of my eight years and five years old son.

Not at all recommended. The doctor seemed knowledgeable but the tests he performed was very horrific. The metal he inserted for usg did not have any liquid on top (which usually should have) or any condom on it, I was really terrified Wat was happening with me. Since he inserted two different kind of things. He told he wanted to see if there is any infection inside my uterus. He could have just done with one test itself. It was really painful as well. I felt that there was hygiene issue. And the fee was too high compared to any good reputed hospital and I did not receive any fee break up as well.

Horrible experience. The admin/nurse is rude and treated me as tho I had a deadly disease. Was so reluctant to touch me when she doing a screen on me.

The doctor keeps pushing me to do so many test that cost over 1,500 rm. When I said I will think about it, he said you sure? Better think twice.

I went there last year.the doctor was very good and he provides me better and good quality of medicines and supplements but, receptionist was very rude.there was no hygeine on the toilet and cup for urine test was reuseable.the price i paid was not reasonable with the rude of the staff.

The doctor is very good and polite but the staff are rude and disrespectful, i have to shout at the woman who is assisting me cause she doesn’t know how to assist me how to lay down properly on the bed she seemed doesn’t want to touch me like i have a some kind of desease, so annoying. They must know how to accommodate their patients cause we pay and the payment is not even that low at all, it cost a lot and they don’t value it, and the receptionist when she calculated my bills i told her that I’m out of cash and she sounded like annoyed cause i have to drop the pills so i have to buy it and she singh, because she already crossed out the amount of money that she put. Seriously guys u must know how to accommodate ur patients with smile and warm welcome and proper assistance not by being rude and frowning faces except for the (doctor). Maybe the assistant and the cashier have to go for training again to refresh ur trainings guys, good luck and more power!

I visited another gynaecologist before I visited this clinic. I have to say that Dr Kelvin is a very nice and experienced doctor and he explains well.

I compared with my previous gynecologist (which i visited once) who is less experienced than Dr Kelvin. Dr Kelvin charges reasonably and provides better and quality medicines and supplements. My previous gynecologist charged double the price of what Dr Kelvin charged me. My previous gynecologist also prescribed me with low quality supplements.

My experience with Dr Kelvin is that he will not ask you to come back to see him unnecessarily just to earn money.

In respect of his staff, they are very professional although they may seem a bit cool. They don’t reveal your conditions at the dispensary counter knowing that there are other patients sitting outside the clinic and that it is the private and confidential information of the patients.

In another clinic I visited earlier, when prescribing medicines or supplements to other patients, the staff revealed loudly the conditions of other patients such as having fibroid, which I find it so unprofessional.

I will recommend this clinic.

Called up the number looking for Dr Eric Tham.but apparently I got the wrong clinic number. Instead of a polite reply, the receptionist was RUDE and cut off the line immediately. Not professional at all.

When I call to make appointment to get the result of my examination the receptionist told must call back in clinic to check if got results must be the clinic do the call on patient that got results so patient can make appointment ️

Very poor hygiene, very rude receptionist. I didn’t see the need for you to raise your voice to me. Doctor wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk much. Asked questions but he didn’t elaborate his answers. They even Re-use the urine sample containers.really? Even the government clinics provide their patients with disposable cups. Wasted my 500 bucks.definitely my first and last time going here.

Waiting time is a bit long. The doctor
Is nice. One receptionist almost gave my baby a wrong medicine good thing i asked about the dosage and all then they only noticed its different.

Overall, gyneocological service is average.hygiene standard is low.urine test cup is resusable.

The clinic is open 10am to 8pm. The one who opened the door, I think the receptionist, is rude.
