Kalau boleh, elak hantar kereta dekat sini.
Saya hantar kereta utk buat servis / repair aircond shj, yang bukan2 diaorg buat.

-Tukar panel aircond (barang masih elok)
-Tukar water pump (katanya bocor)
-Tukar Magnetic cluth (tak tahu lah apa rosak nya)
-Tukar ECU Secondhand (ini paling pelik)

Then hari ni diaorg call, kata kereta ada isu misfire sbb ada jerking.

Hais, masa hantar hari tu takde pun isu jerking, ni penyakit apa pula?

Hantar tukar tayar sebab pancit. Mintak check kenapa pancit. Dapat balik kereta lepas tukar cakap semua ok. Otw balik bunyi tak kena kat tayar yang tukar. Berhenti tepi check valve angin bocor. Cepat2 pam tayar pergi bengkel berdekatan. Pomen bengkel cakap tayar tak ikat ketat. Nauzubillah nasib baik tak jadi apa2. Last thing to expect, hantar bengkel tukar tayar, tayar tak ikat ketat.

Lepas buat servis kt ini, kereta breakdown tengah highway. Puncanya mekanik tak tutup rapat radiator cap then temperature naik. Habis duit hantar repair lagi.

"They always improving, " they say but they don't care and don't solve the car problem, they more think on how to fix other problem and charge more money. Even spent thousands and thousands of ringgit the car still not fix and they just don't care and said if you want to fix it again you must pay this amount. Such bad service and customer service. THEY DON'T THINK ABOUT IMPROVING AT ALL. I already have many people such as I am and that is why I can see they don't care about changing their way like this.

Pasang absorber tak lengkap. Lepas tu ada pasang terbalik. Absorber belah kanan ada satu besi selepas dust cover, hilang. Patutlah berbunyi makin kuat. Harap bos pantau la anak buah buat kerja. Buat qc check masa assemble barang. Test drive betul2. Bru deliver kereta. Please boss harap cek anak buah buat kerja. Jgn smpai org lain terkena.

I just want to change 1 thing and they change many things that don't have anything to do with the problem. After paying RM2000+ the problem is still there. Look like a professional place but they don't even know what they do but only charge thing that doesn't solve the car problem.

Ruang menunggu selesa, kopi dengan biskut free, ada Netflix. Minyak hitam original tapi agak mahal jugak la. Dah 2 kali datang sini. 1st time tukar 4 4 tayar baru, semua salah side. Sidewall luar kat belah dalam. 1 tayar bocor. Takpelah kita bagi chance sekali lagi. 2nd time datang pagi² nak tukar minyak hitam dengan minyak gearbox je ambil masa 4 jam. Harap boleh diperbaiki.

3rd time coming here. Last time was 2019. Got vending machine to buy snacks/drinks. Pretty satisfy with their services.

Suggestion - change the wall plug that include with USB. If some of cust are low on battery.

Bayangkan Punya Lah CinCai Buat Kerje, Tukar Tayar 4 Biji Boleh Bagi Tayar Lain2 Size. Itupun Kita Sendiri Yang Perasan lepas dah berbulan Pakai Tayar Tue. Yang Kerje Repair Lain Tak Payah Cerita lah. Kalau Nak Try Rasa Betapa Teruknya, Boleh Lah Mencuba Sendiri. Niat Di Hati Nak Support Bangsa Melayu. Tapi Hampa. Tapi Untuk Tukar Minyak Hitam Mmg Bagus, Itupun Sebab Minyak PETRONAS Yang Bagus. Bukan Sebab Manager Yg Asyik Nak Salahkn Org Lain.

Nice car service. Only for level 1, i hope mngmnt can do some deep clean n shine to all glasses, microwave n those food display cabinet and coway in waiting area here. And it would be much better if you have phone charging station like one in autovettura bbk. Yes, i Will come again

Muka kerek2 jaga kaunter. Sorg tu je elok yg pakai spec. First n last hntr. Pomen2 buat kerja terbaik. Tlg letak org yg mesra alam sikit kt kaunter tu. Nyampah tengok. Dr nk support org kita, rse fedup pulak. Tk suruh senyum 24jam pun. Tp pndg org atas bawah cam yekyek je.

Tukar 4 biji tayar tapi satu tayar je dapat tahun semasa 2022.3 biji tayar lagi dapat yang tahun 2021.bila tanya balik staf cakap tiada stok.masa deal cakap tayar dapat tahun semasa.tak recommended la untuk tukar tayar dekat sini.untuk servis kereta mungkin ok la kot tapi bagi saya tak datang dah rasanya dekat sini.

Sejujurnya saya selalu hantar kereta ke sini sbb tmpat ni selesa dan nampak ada kredibiliti. Layanan di kaunter ok takde masalah tp waktu servis/repair selalu amek masa terlalu lama. Hantar pukul 9 pagi, yg di kaunter kata 2-3 jam boleh siap, tp sampai 5 petang pun tak siap lg, smpai membawa ke hari esok. Ini menyusahkan pelanggan sangat2.harap sgt kadar waktu repair kereta/servis tu boleh improve.

Having worst experience here today.
Coming for timing belt & water pump replacement.
After more than 3 hours waiting, my car still not done. Untill I came downstairs and ask then they told me the car is ready.
Agreed for the final total price for the service during i gave my car key is rm480.
End up the staff replace my 2 weeks old fan belt without informing me even though I'm just at their waiting lounge.
And add up more labor charges and marking up more for radiator coolant.
Not satisfied with their reason (crack on belt) for changing my fan belt, I ask to see the old part.
At first they said the part has been disposed however I insist to see their bin.
Shockingly my old fan belt is not in the bin but on a table being repack back into the seal.
I'm not sure what is their purpose to repack it when other parts being thrown into the bin.
Hopefully not for resale back to others.
It is very dishonest action and they should be ashamed for this.
