The Petronas gas station is convenient, and there are more places to get gasoline. There are separate toilets for men and women, and there are toilets for wheelchairs

I would like to share my experience about Staff Kavitha. I came to your outlet on 15 May to refill fuel by using my Debit Card & forced to pay at the fuel section eventhough I already take initiative to go inside the outlet to make payment at the counter. Please educate your staff Kavitha about common sense & share with her that don't need to forced the customer. Just accept the payment methods that customer want to use. I'm very upset on this matter because I'm in rush & she rejected my choices eventhough I already told her that I want to make payment inside the outlet. This is not a great customer service experience to me. I'm a regular customer that refill fuel at Petronas Bandar Puteri Puchong Station. Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the two workers (both locals, Malay, a young man and another one in his mid-age) who helped me replace my flat tyre with my spare on 26 November 2022, at about 7pm. Good samaritans, they offered help without any doubt when I was helpless and not knowing what to do with a bad flat tyre. I offered a small token of appreciation in the form of cash for them to get some drinks or dinner from the station as they were sweating non-stop and I had to rush to a tyre shop to get the spare tyre replaced before 8pm. Both of them insisted not to accept the small token or anything else and told me that “kami tolong je, dengan hati yang ikhlas, tak nak apa-apa”.

To the station owner, if you are reading this, they are the best workers one could ask for. To both of the good samaritans, you will be blessed with the best things in life. Thanks very much!

Petronas bandar puteri puchong is the only Petronas in bandar puteri puchong vicinity.there's 2 air pump here.you can use Setel app by Petronas to refill your petrol as others Petronas. Staff is efficient but still using the app is the quickest.

Happened for few times already when talk to the cashier (petrol matter), the chinese ladies was so rude when replied

Any petronas gas station always busy with traffic and all essential groceries can purchase here.

This pump station closed on 7.50pm.i reached at 7.50pm and the station already shut. Dissapointed. We know that u also need to have ample time to do closing. But as per Gov gazzete. U should "open" until 8.00pm. The your "best" management need to spare u more 15 or 30min to close your EOD system. U provide us the gas.and u one of essential.if u berkira kira masa.baik u jadi kedai fashion retail.bukan essential.stupid staff and selfish. Next.i will snap a photo on the closing before 8.00pm. I spoke to one staff who trying to explain the unexplained things. He said already closed.can check with other pump station. Very disappointed.

No fuss service station, have all payment channels - cash, credit card and contactless payment.

The staff was so friendly when I asked about Surau facility, but you need to bring your own telekung. Also you here got ATM machine for CIMB Bank & Hong Leong Bank, it's worth to come and stop by at here.

Such a big station and very near all the most exclusive residential homes and many drive Expensive Cars using Euro 5 Diesel, but sadly this station does not offer EURO 5. Writing to Petronas is a waste of time. They give you the same story that they were looking into this matter 3 years ago. Still the same story. So I have to go to BHP to get my EURO 5. Sorry but cannot support you.

My favourite township petrol station. Staffed by friendly and community driven employees. They feel almost like family.

Can purchase quite of number of things. Various kind of can drink available. The staffs are very friendly. The rest room is very clean.

My rfid process being so fast and free without any charge. No document needed!

I also perform solah here, their surau is so clean and telekung is so clean. Thank you petronas for giving great service and provide great facilities.

A spacious starion with the full Petronas petrol/diesel station amenities including hot light food and hot drinks. It can be quite busy Monday nights & Weekends.

Petrol station in the heart of Bandar Puteri. Due to that, it can be crowded most of the time, with limited parking that's always occupied during weekdays.

There's CIMB ATM & CDM and RHB ATM.

Nasi lemak is available for breakfast from Mesra shop.

Best Petronas I've ever been, reloaded my touch & go then left it at counter, when I turned back their staffs kept it & returned to me. Kudos to the staffs there, good job!
