PETRONAS - Lingkaran Karak (Karak Highway)

If you're heading to East Coast and you need coffee. This is the go-to place. The problem is, it has limited parking. Good luck in finding parking space

Last friday i went to the petronas mart (around 1am). I was selecting some items that i wanna buy, most of the items do not have price tags on them. When i wanna pay, an item that i took cost 17 ringgit. I was so shocked that the item in that small container cost that much. Tried to ask politely to the cashier may i cancel the item, she said we cant since she scanned the item. I was like what? Cant void ah? Petronas staff should atleast put price tag on their items so that things like this wont happen. I dont want to argue coz it late at night so i just pay the item eventho i never bought a snack at that price. Gave the 2 stars just because the cashier denied my request politely. If i have no money how eh?

It's CROWDED most of the time. You really have to upgrade your toilets. And make more toilets. Long queue waiting to pee is upsetting. Most customers using your facilities paid fuel. So please, upgrade your toilets.

My little adventure. Parking will make you go low but this is the best pit stop to almost all travellers.

Ada 2-3 kereta je, nak beli minum blh dkt starbuck yg buka 24hour kot, kalau nak beli air tin petugas kat sini blh tolong ambilkan, sbb kedai dah ttup

The place is clean. The manager in charge did a wonderful work where she quickly settle a mistake made by other customer who mistakenly took my food.

Ada kemudahan untuk solat, tandas pun not bad jugak cuma parking masa cuti memang tak ada always penuh overall petronas yang best untuk singgah sebelum teruskn perjalanan balik kg

Tempat untuk melepaskan penat untuk driver teksi @ grab, tak lupe abg2 lori kite.luas tempat ni skali ngan Shell n McDonald's.

Useful and resourceful to be convinient shop. Pit stop is a must here. Staff are good. Locations was stretegic

Ample parking space with a lots of variety foods like Starbuck, Fuel Shack Burger, Dunkin Donut and more!

Berhenti kat sini untuk kurangkan lenguh-lenguh memandu perjalanan jauh. Stesen ni agak besar juga, parking pun banyak. Bab parking kena tengok time juga, kena time orang balik kampung memang jenuh jugak la nak cari parking, nak masuk tandas, nak isi minyak.

Kawasan luas dan selesa. Parking pun banyak, tak la berebut atau beratur tunggu parking. Tapi kalau time public holiday tu, tetap sibuk, tak boleh nak buat apa la kan. Saya citer ni kalau hari hari biasa, sangat selesa la untuk berhenti rehat dalam perjalanan jauh.

The Tarmac has been years like that.spoil small vehicles suspensions. Shld improve the tarmac ASAP.

Convenient but could be quite crowded during peak hours. The stalls at the entrance could be nice addition to the choice of foods/drinks but at the same time irritating, when space is scarce in peak hours.

A must stop for travellers to fill up their car's petrol or top up their Touch&Go before starting their journey to Kuantan, Trengganu or Kelantan.

One of the most safest and well designed highway but u will be stucked in utmost traffic around 5 to 7 pm weekdays

Parking here is terrible.this station places cone to reserve parking.when I move the cone because I would like to go in buy something from their mesra store.the worker scolded and said this parking is reserve for boss.bad customer service.well perhaps you don't want a customer to come.very well i went to shell instead.

Good meeting point as the place is "huge". There's McDonald's as well as another petrol station.

Had bitter experience due to poor customer service.parking lots are reserved for boss instead of customer who wants to buy n contribute sales in their kedai mesra.i was scolded for removing cone from one of the reserved space.i don't mind if it's reserved for police car in case of emergency.bitter by this i went to shell instead.will choose other station in future.
