9Their staff especially that makcik not so good with customer. Plus, slow service here, long queue at cashier, and take long time just to refuel. Also, no bangla or staff to help you refill petrol like others Petron. Only one terengganu staf just walking around pump.

The price is all good and just wanna tell that their customer service is mildly displeasing. They have policy where only RM 10 and above can use debit/credit card at the counter. McDonald and other Petrol pump do allow its customer to pay from minimum RM 1 with a cards.
During this Covid season it is not wise to still hold into pay by cash policy. I feel unsafe to pay by cash and worried getting or spreading the pandemic everywhere. Please notice that we now live in 2021 and card have become common for payment method.
Sometimes ago i wanted to refill my gas for RM 20 by card (following their policy) but they ask me to swipe my card at the pump. My time walking and queuing to the cash counter has been wasted just like that. They strongly refuse to swipe my card at the counter.
I still had to refill the gas here as it is near my house. I wish that they can improve their customer service quality and policy.
Have ATM machine to withdraw your money, but got here to go to the washroom. And it clean also comfortable!

A busy place for most of the vehicles for Petron user and with any purchase more than 50 ringgit above will entitled to have a small mineral water to take away.

Refill your fuel for sure. Buy, you also can buy your snacks there and, pump your tyres. What else you can expect a gas station can do. Haha!
