Service was excellent. When I walk into showroom was immediately served by eddy, he showed us all the car feature and even letting us test-drive a few model before making our decision. So I decided to buy my 1st car here and all the process was very smooth. Just got the car this week and when I checked before accepting car everything was in good condition no scratches or dink on any body panel

Sha, was the sales rep. Extremely good customer service, patiently provided updates on car and loan matters, arranged appt with second hand car dealer for us (who was also a nice guy) and gave ample time to explain the functions of the car features when we collect the new car. Her other colleagues in this branch were very helpful too when Sha needed some support. Very pleasant experience for someone who doesn't know much on purchasing a car

Dealer yang sangat bagus, saya bersemuka dgn sales advisor ditalian bernama Adam. Sangat baik dan membantu saya dalam process pembelian dan pengambilan kereta. Layak 5 bintang!

Can't tell did their sales person changed, but the recent one is not friendly nor proactive. All he did was passed me the brochure and look away with both of his hands at his back. Didn't bother explaining nor engage with us, and told us to go other places when we asked for existing rebates/promotion. PJ branch is much better, at least the SA is friendly and engaged with us in a professional matter.

Mom's car gotten into an accident (was banged by motor from behind) and an agent of this center approached to help (Mr. Irwan). The agent together with the staff of the centre (one of them is named as Nana) very eager to claim insurance for us to repair car although the other party haven't report police (most likely claim as own damage). We told them we want to wait for police report first only claim. They illegally took photop of mom's driving license and IC and photocopy the police report without our permission. Fortunately mom took back the copy when the cleark was not noticing. As of the writing of this review, they're still holding our car and would not release our car to us to bring to other center. Terrible cheating service center! Other customers bring your car here at your own risk!

The salesmen at this branch know their products but lack the initiative to give a thorough post sales briefing to customers. Furthermore they seemed less professional as they failed to provide customers a copy of proper documentation after the booking deposit is paid. The salesmen should make attempts to improve their ability to conduct briefings & discussions in English.
