Perodua Service Sungai Choh

Temujanji service untuk myvi 8.30 pagi. Kereta tinggal untuk diservice datang semula pukul1.30tengah hari kereta Masih belum siap dan diminta tunggu sehingga pukul2.00 kerana rehat.memang membuang masa dan Cuti Saya.sangat tidak professional.

I have been repairing cars in Nagoya for 7 years. They moved from their old factory to the new area. Mainly because their service is good. Explain carefully.

Bad service. Call on 6 may 2023 @11.40am complain oil filter leaking. Advice to come by monday 8 may 2023.

Tempat baru dan cantik. Tapi kalau beli barang tolong exclude dari q with walk in service customer. Nak beli minyak hitam tunggu satu jam lebih. APTB.

New service center.more comfortable compare to their old location.quick to cater customer.better make appointment via call or through perodua apps.

Service was easy & waiting place is good enough. I Can't wait to be the 1st customer when Perodua service move to a more confortable and more spacious building when that move to the new Building at Bukit Sentosa / Bukit Beruntung)

I am Indian expatriate servicing in this Perodua service centre for last 5 years for my Bezza car No VD3517. But the quality of service is disappointing. In last service dated 13/07/2020, RM120 was taken for service of aircon. But the same was not marked in the service book. When I went for next service on 26/04/2021, they tried to take charges for aircon service and pointed out it was not done before. When I challenged and showed previous invoice, they said it was mistake as service book was not marked. I don't know whether aircon service was really done or taken charge without doing it. Moreover service on 26th April, my digital meter was not updated and it is still showing service due. Such poor quality service how they got authorized status from Perodua.

One of the best Perodua Service centre in my experience. The service is fast especially the morning session. They also serve breakfast (Nasi Lemak and Teh / Kopi) if service during morning session. The only thing that prevent me from giving 5 stars is among the three times (upcoming fourth this weekend) I service here, there is one time eventough in receipt mentioned complimentary car wash they didn't wash my car, but well it is complimentary afterall just if they don't want to wash don't put it in the receipt then.

This is my last visit, no more privilege to Perodua staff, I will send to Rawang Service Centre to get staff discount. Bye-bye Nagoya

Spacious and clean premises. Good customer service. Snacks and drinks provided for customers who waited while their car is being serviced.

Terbaik. Sebagai Salesman aku selalu suruh customer service kereta disini pd yg tinggal rawang, selayang, kkb ke atas.

The customer services are good. The staff are knowledgeble. The waiting room are very conducive, snacks and drinks are served.
