27Servis kt sana oke masa nk booking kereta cuma bila dh send Semua document melalui whatsapp salesman tu mcm nk tak nk je reply chat lps sehari baru nk reply.kita ni chat bertanye bukan nk ajak borak saje². Nk bertanye mcm mna proses loan, kalau nk tambah dp boleh ke tak, nk ambik kereta lain boleh ke tak? At least rep la jngn senyap.kita customer ni tertanya-tanya jugak.
Pengalaman serivs kereta yg ke-3 kali disini alhamdulillah semuanya smooth. Kepada semua customer servis semuanya baik friendly & sangat2 professional dalam menjalankan tugas d sangat2 membantu customer paling penting murah senyum d tak jemu bagi direction kepada mna2 customer dengan elok. Persekitaran tempat ni luas senang nak parking tempat menunggu pun luas bersih sejuk dan pelanggan akan rasa selesa. Selain itu, disini juga disediakan makanan & air yg free. Alhamdulilah semuanya okey
1st time datang servis dkt sini. Sblm ni buat tempat lain. Overall semua ok. Ruang menunggu yg selesa & dilengkapi dgn system running number yg baik. Cumanya, ditinggalnya khazanah ni dlm keta. Tak pasti dia terlupa nk buang or mmg sengaja tinggalkn blk dlm keta. Hopefully lepas ni, staff perodua lebih peka dgn condition kereta customer seperti mana dia bagi sebelum di service.
Prompt and Highly Efficient Service. Staff were Polite, Accomodating and Friendly. There is ample comfy seating with light breakfast, snacks and refreshments provided. Detailed invoice stating service info, parts replaced and pricing. Clean customer area with a bright but calm ambience.
Renew roadtax & insurans ikut whatsapp, lepas tu bayar & datang ambil je siap dapat payung free. Okay la kalau nak banding buat kat tempat lain tak dapat apa-apa extra
What's wrong.call no body pick up the phone. I call handphone.they cut off my line.so regret to purchase this car
Service baik. Boleh berhubung melalui WhatsApp. Bermula seawal 8.00 pagi. Sebelum start service, akan inform harga. Dan kalau nak tambah apa² remark sebelum start service. Disediakan air Coway, coffee maker, snacks, biscuit.
Called up the service centre since last week fr morning till evening and no one picked up the call.
Layanan amat baik, membuat peringatan tarikh servis kereta dan memberikan slot gantian jika terlepas tarikh booking

5. Sesuai utk bwk your kids pergi sekali kalau takde org boleh jaga.

Put car there and back home. Got a call saying brake pad needed to change ady, but my car just done replacing brake pad on last service. The girl ask "u tukar sendiri dekat luar ke? " I said I done it at Perodua Service Center. She said "macam tu tak ape la". When take car I ask what's the problem with the brake pad ya? She say "brake pad? Brake pad ok je, takde masalah. " Then I ask but just now got people call me saying the brake pad needed to change ady. She act like don't know saying "takde la, u ade kereta lain kat sini ke? "?
Due to the continuous pandemic, they only accepted booking appointments so no walk-in. It is advisable for owners of Perodua cars to use the U-first app for new booking.
Although the overall service is friendly, it would seem they are still lacking of frontline counter personnel. Knowing the information of customers already available through their booking system, they should have prepared to open more counter to handle more customers during registration. It took around 15 to 30 minutes for waiting in turn when coming in for service registration.
General service took 2 to 3 hours to complete. Major service is expected to be longer. As the counter is only manned with one person, she had to handle new registration and payment at the same time making customer waiting addition 30 minutes just for payment settlement.
The management should look into having dedicated registration and payment counter is handled with adequate personnel. Otherwise the customer is made to wait for nothing.
I would like to said that staff did not perform sanitize job as the perodua stated. The 1st time I come here and saw a very different from the other service centre. The other service centre will do the sanitization before and after service your car and do nano mist after service. This is why I'm not understand that we have sanitization practice for almost 2 years. Other than that, basic sanitization is a must for every service. Counter service is good on fast and I can't listen properly, I have to grade Need To Improve for this service centre.
Service is good just the location is not strategic enough as the traffic is a bit difficult to come by.
Counter service advisor poor response and arrogant just to check why got smell coming from outside the car cannot come back next time, today only service car. Waste of my time. She didn't even ask me to go with her to check the car before service. Terrible, l get better service from Proton service centre.

I went to service my first 1000km here. I was briefed that my first service is free and no need to pay for any parts, for inspection. But ended up the cashier who attended to me ask me to pay 64.20 for the service. Here's some snipshot of our conversation:
Me: why I have to pay? What are the parts to change? Is it worn out or damage?
She: it was requested by HQ for customer to pay for this parts. If you do not want to pay for this, you will have to pay for it on your next service.
Me: is it compulsory? Is this items needed by the car?
She: yes it is Compulsory.
Me: if it's compulsory then why was the car not equipped with the items before it was given to customer? This is very unethical since you said the parts are needed by the car.
She: this I don't know. You can complain to HQ.
I have no choice but to pay for the bill. I then lodged a complain to HQ, and it said I was paying for accessories and it is optional. I told HQ I was not given a choice but was asked to pay.
Dear all perodua users, please do not get cheated/manipulated by this service centre. It is totally unacceptable of this unethical behavior.
Terbaik servis dorang ni.lepas tu mesra pelanggan dia punya counter tu.terangkan dekat customer dengan baik.sekali pergi memang trus pergi lagi for next service.saya puas hati.
Not bad.went there for my first service.took 2 hours.one good thing is the staff actually help and guide you.they won't treat you like invisible people.
