Already made Appointment also need to wait for 3hours, what’s the point for call to appointment?

1) Black oil exchange service. Last2 the steering balance ran. Let the foreman know, it's okay if we don't touch anything in the steering area. People want to order repairs back. Can you pay for this then why don't you go to another workshop. This is the mindset problem.
2) I've booked an appointment, last2 we are the last people. Ok, ok, appointment.

This is my first time sending my car to the service centre after purchasing a second hand axia. The previous owner never had a record before with perodua service centre hence i decided to go for a major service despite of the mileage itself is below 20k. I spend almost 1k for all the services. It took slightly more than 3hours but there's a space for me to wait and relax. So far good experience by the person in charge. Thank you encik Asif for the pleasant experience.

Bad customer service when called to ask for an inquiry! Do not go here as the CS is very ignorant did not listen to customer.tau marah customer je.

Bad service. Saya ada mirror problem tidak dapat tutup, just suruh check saja pun tak nak layan at all, at same day lagi pun cuaca dah nak turn hujian juga, reception suruh aku biarkan kereta saya kat luar tanpa roof cover.

BAD Service, Perodua announced if got prob on oil engine filter, can go replace any nearest P2 SC, but they ask to go to your last service SC. Waiting almost 1 hour. Should make official complaint to Perodua.

Selesa. Datang pagi siap dapat sarapan free lagi. Tapi kalau nak check atau servis kereta, tak dapat bersabar atau ada hal, eloklah tinggal je kereta. Yang sabar tunggu, ok je duduk dalam tu. Penat, tidur. Lapar, makan

Excellent customer service with free WiFi, plug point, comfortable seating and light breakfast. However, the waiting time could be improved since I came at 10am, and went back around 12 plus.

My car was detected leaking at the oil filter when I send my car for alignment around 4.25pm today dated so I rush to the nearest perodua service for help to rectified my leaking. Unfortunately I was told by the customer service at this service centre they can't accept to rectify my problem cause when I arrive there it was around 4.53pm and this is the Perodua Procedure that cannot accept customer car during is hour and I told her this is emergency case and it is manufactured defect why can't you accept and rectify my problem and my car was service by authorise service centre on the 12/9/2022 and it doesn't take long to change an oil filter and top up the oil.simple answer from the customer service we can't accept cause this is Perodua Procedure we can accept during this hour. May I know is this procedure set by Perodua Malaysia not to accept and rectify on the spot for the customer during emergency? If any accident happen me or the engine jammed during my drive back or wait till tomorrow to send in for rectification who gone barred the cost? As I know from other Perodua authorise service centre they can accept this kind of emergency case and I was told this filter leaking issue was known case and it is a manufacturer defect on the filter. Please don't go to this service centre for service they don't care customer problem and not responsible at all.

Call tanya untuk tukar clutch plate myvi. Kata akan call balik utk price quote. Tapi tak return call balik sampai harini. Last² buat dekat bengkel biasa je setengah hari siap.

Often having problem with the system i think, they ask me if i want to wait for more than 6 hours or just leave the car, and i can go back. The staff is good and polite, but i'm not satisfied with the service and system.

Baru perasan lepas major servis dekat sini. Skru pada lampu n beberapa bhgian depan tade, skru longgar dlm bhgian kete. Perasan lepas beberapa bulan. Ngadu pasal bunyi enjin tapi xde perubahan ingatkan tade ape2.rupa nye ade bnde yg kena tukar jugak. Agak mengecewakan la servis dr centre mcm ni. Boleh puji bab layanan customer je okey.

Follows strict S. O. P. Very good. The staffs are very friendly as always. Due to the flood situation in December 2021, most of the flooded cars are still in the service area. So appointment must be made.

Setahun xservis kereta, sb PKP so kereta jimat mileage. Servis kat sini, byk improvement, lebih selesa kerana pematuhan SOP, cepat (expected 2 jam, jd sejam setengah je), svc advisor pun sgt ramah (akan advise dl jika nk tukar apa beserta kos yg terlibat), now ada sistem number (dl xder) and semua staff bagus. Tempat lain sy xpasti, tp pusat servis ni belum pernah mengecewakan saya.
