Perodua Service Central (Utama Motor Workshop (Sel) Sdn. Bhd.) @ Jalan Kim Chuan

I made a mistake when booking by phone, so I made the same mistake when I came to book in person. This is not the only time. It’s inexplicable.

Some staff are dishonest compared to those senior staff. During my previous visit i was told my brake pad only left 25% and was told to replace which i later check with outside foremen and they told me still got 50%. Disappointed with the dishonesty.

They dont do their job properly. Very bad service. I dont mind wait for a long time but please check/service car properly as requested

I have been many perodua service centres before, and I found this centre is systematic. Registaration document prepared earlier, and the process is fast.

The quality of service by their mechanics and the staff is poor. My elderly mother went for an appointment at 8: 30am and they made her wait at 11am and told her to come back in the evening. Very inconsiderate.

The staff service is not very good. After servicing other brands of cars, they helped us tidy up the car until it was clean and even included a car wash. However, after the service of this one, there was oil in the car.

Service macam apa tah, sampai 5 jam plk tunggu situ, nama tak panggil², ingat kita takde keja lain gamaknye, sabar je laa, first and last la service situ, appt pkl 10, dtg tepat waktu pon kena tunggu sampai 5 jam, habis nk dtg pkl bape kt situ, pkl 6 baru dpt service awall, cirit laa aii, dah macam tunggul tunggu situu,

I gave a 5 star review one year ago but I have to retract it back now. Went to another foreman for car repair, belt was cracked, spark plug fully burnt. Luckily no accident on the road. Not sure if they are really checking the cars. Have to have a person in charge to monitor this situation

Service x bagus mcm bangkai di buat nye kita.sidai lame2 ingt x der lain kje agak nye nak buat.beramai2 jngn dtg sni lah nanti jadi bangkai.

Their attitude was so bad, I just wanted to ask something and got a bad response from a Chinese boy. It's like trying to quarrel with someone.

Call is not pick up at all, 3 callss from 11.00am to 12pm, all out ke? Serviced before and apparently they didn't even check my tyre and twisted my petrol cap too tight until it break so there is petrol leakage. Din't know until i sent to other private service centre.
Tried to go 2nd time but did not pick up at all. Brilliant.

Faster, better, accurate, and PADU. Tahniah korang.semakin berdidikasi dan kekal fokus dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab. Tahun lepas pun korang perform, tahun ini lebih baik dari tahun lepas. Teruskan

I used to come to this service centre. Unfortunately their service deteriorated. I make my appointment at 10am, I reached 9: 50am. My car park outside till 10: 50am only drove inside for service. I do not understand what is the purpose of making appointments but they can’t meet the time given to customer. Would the management please look into their appointment system?

14/11/22 - perhatian pengguna myvi perodua didapati filter penapis minyak hitam cepat leaking lepas service. Dah banyak kereta masalah sama. Sangat mendukacita dgn kualiti penapis minyak.

Call buat appt pada 6/10/22, staff cakap 11/10/22 ada kosong jam 11 pagi untuk service kereta. Ok dah deal & setuju. Bila sampai hari & masa appt, dah kenapa dalam sistem appt jadi 12/10/22 pulak? Macam haram staff buat kerja. Bila kita nak jumpa staff tu, dan² lah staff tu bercuti. Staff yang suka² nk tukar appt customer mcm ni memang tak hormat masa customer. At least inform awal tak de lah kita pergi tunggu mcm orang gila kat tempat dia. Dah la panas orang ramai sesak. Kali terakhir guna perkhidmatan di sini. BAD SERVICE

Inilah pusat servis paling kedekut yang pernah aku datang, hampeh. Pastikan korang check betul2 list sebelum korang setuju untuk servis. Kalau x macam2 dia tekan, memang birat la huhu.aku pesan je, ambil sebagai iktibar

Beware of this service centre. They did not carry out the inspections as what the service guidelines. I had requested to service my brakes and check rear brake pads. However nothing was done. Thank god I was watching them over the glass panel. If I had not caught them then I would have paid for the service and also driving joyfully not knowing the condition of my brakes. Very irresponsible attitude. This may cause a life in unnecessary accidents. Pls be more responsible. There should be a captain in the workshop to check and comply with service guidelines.

Service teruk…handling saya patah lepas saya hntar service…tapi dia claim kita yang patahkan sendiri! Memang takkan hantar dah dekat sini.datang hantar 1.30pm…5pm baru siap…baik tak payah book appoiment…! Lambat lepastu rosakkan kereta orang tapi claim kita rosakkan sendiri…staff pon kurang ajar bila kita cakap dengan dia! Stupid

Buat dekat sini mudah fan cepat. Harga pun memuaskan seperti service. Staff okey dalam memberi info dan layanan pun mesra dan selesa. Jika ingin tunggu kerrta siap pun selesa. Jadi semua memuaskan. Dah 4 tahun saya service di sini.saya recommended

Scammers. My car total lost. After few years, I got saman from PBT. They take my geran and use my name at geran to use the car. Be ware with this company. Such a liar.
