29This branch is a scam.i check online service for 80,000km is only rm600 then suddenly datang dia suruh buat major service which cost melambung sampai rm1.2k! They scammed my dad.stupid!
Banyak kali dtg semuanya disuruh kita topup itu ini, dan kena sekali aritu radiator coolant ckp abih, padahal ada lg.haha.lani pindah p servis centre lain lah.jauh pun takpa asalkan tak menipu.
Visited two times, i did services my car here for two times. The worst things that after servicing my car got engine problems. After first service found oil filter problem they provided low quality oil filter maybe, but then they fixed with no charge (good things) after second service i found engine problem then i went there they charged me 85rm for checking no matter but after checking they told me no problem (just fixed some codes error) we need to check again and will charge 190rm again, it will take 5 days. So i found these things bad.
I arrived earlier than my appointment time and waited awhile, although there's tons of car queuing up they attended to my car instantly since "VIP".
En Baharuddin Amri was very helpful and made sure I wasn't left unattended, even made sure my Bezza was fine after I complain that there's "leaking" when I park (Normal CBJ).
What was mention as an hour process only took 45 min and drove off satisfied. Will be looking forward to 52,000 km for my next service.
Didn't solve my issue, but still had to pay. Check any issue with car, should tell what the problem or which parts, but they just recommend going again for another session of checking with confirmed fees to pay again.
They took advantage of people with low knowledge about car servicing. Took me almost half day to wait for my car where theres so few people and charged way too many unnecessary things during my 10k service without discussing/telling the customer and give the bill right away asking you to pay. Stay away from this centre. Scammer.

Staff here all not friendly, the service charge very expensive every time service, 3 year service here then after that gearbox my car have problem. Then ask for repair this branch do want to accept.no resposibble to repair.to other customer please do not simple give this branch service your car please check all item they charge in bill they servis, refill the oil or they change or not. Cause this branch cannot trusted anymore. I suggest customer service to kepong taman maluri service center. This way only can i help you guys
After hantar servis dekat sini kereta ada bunyi bunyi macam electric spark dalam tempat aircond and bila suruh check staff suruh book appointment lagi. Nasib ada sorang staff Chinese lelaki dia offer untuk check, rupa-rupanya masa last service dorang tak ketatkan skru sebab tu ada bunyi spark. This place is not recommended.
Please make sure check they service ur car proper or not because in bill written have charged for oil filter and all but they didnt change oil filter at all now car have problem of gear box.please go check they change it real or not.for me is bad service.
Dah buat appointment 4 hari sebelum kemudian dapat call suruh pergi service Center lain sbb appointment dah penuh. Bukan tak boleh anjak kan sikit masa (ubah masa atau pinda hari lain). Memang tak professional patut la ramai kawan dah bgtau jangan pergi Service Center ni. Nak cuba sebab dekat dengan rumah.
This branch is a SCAM. Kena kencinggg je aku. I have little knowledge about car servicing too and last time I sent my car here for a service, they handed me an invoice amounted RM650+. They simply add on too many nonsense stuffs without explaining to the customers. Babiii suka hati je. Sepatutnya range harga dalam RM200-350 je, ni sampai 650 kau nak kencing orang. CAM SIAL
Car service are done according appointment. Have waiting area for customer with coffee and snacks. Card payment or cash are accepted. Service is done in an orderly manner.
I had a very bad experience. Maybe my bad day. Never missed a service. But yet my myvi battery water was dried. My car stopped in the middle of the night. Had a nightmare towing it back. The Outlet Manager just simply said its because too many hands handling the car and some other technical problems. Well I decided stop sending it there. Waste of money. Better service it elsewhere.
In terms of taking a good care of your car, I'll give a 4 star rating. But make sure you do your own study on what is needed for your upcoming service before heading to them, or else they will include all unnecessary items in the list. My initial quotation for 20k axia service was RM500+, after checking online perodua service checklist and removed all unnecessary ones, the price when to RM185.that's how much it will differ if you dont check online before your visit to the outlet.
I asked my brother to service my car in this branch, usually done it in segambut branch but unforeseen circumstances, my bro can only bring it here. This is a 20k mileage service, it is supposed to be in the range of rm220-250. Yet, they took advantage of my brother's little knowledge of car servicing, add on a lot of unnecessary stuff and changing oil when it is not due. It total up to rm578 in the end. Their service agent make it sounds like the parts and oil change is necessary and it's time to change. Already told them wanted basic servicing, not pro care+, yet they have no regards of customer's request and worst, took advantage of customer's little knowledge about cars. I will write this up to HQ and bring it to next level. Any other victims can leave a reply here, will gather more evidence to make my point to HQ.
Too many additional unnecessary items added for basic service. Their lady staff too lazy to check car conditions and keep asking about current mileage which at other service centre they get up from their comfy chair to check our car conditions and mileage whatsoever. Even you make an appointment but still need to wait for 2hours
Pernah datang sini untuk check keadaan brek dan tayar kereta. Dah buat appointment, tapi servis lembap serupa orang yang walk-in je. Lama gile kena tunggu. Lepas tu, dia cakap kereta tak ada apa-apa. Serupa buang masa seharian. Sudahlah kena amik cuti tahunan.
Staff sombong dan tidak mesra pelanggan. Tidak recomend & tidak mungkin dtg kesini lagi
Standard Perodua Service Centre. Haritu nak tukar headlamp Ferrari, eh MyVi, kena tunggu seminggu nak dapat stok, pastu 3 hari nak siap pasang. Ermm. Judge case by case la, janji siap.
