Really nice. Siap sama dengan date yg dorang berikan maybe juga kereta tak teruk sgt. The SA also nice and very helpful.

Really good service and easy to deal with the workers. Really fast and preferably call first to confirm what document needed for the process. If your documents complete then the process will be smooth and fast. Really attentive worker since they help me from start to end even help me to complete the installation part that arrived late.

Happy with the service attended by En Azhairil especially thank you him arranged for the second time repair work and the grab car. The staff there are nice and helpful. Overall satisfied with their workmanship. Hope more improvement to deliver more quality repair works and handlings for every customers.

Very bad CS during the off hours call, the call can ring until disconnected by itself, the I charge person always said many excuses on the delay performance of the workshop, the company message update on car repair status, not tidy with the CS given information, and the keep promise 1 week after 1 week saying your car is ready for collection, too many things to write

Is take to long to take own car cost is the insurance second party not approved that why is slow we also new car to work not just everyday booking car to go to work I'm hoping insurance have done pls processing the vehicle A. S. S. P the car that we aslo need to pay car monthly

Lousy people. They "played" with my car, until the tank was empty when I got my car back. I do suspect that they have broken the rear suspension. Workshop to be avoided. Actually, I wish I could put NOT A SINGLE star by the way.

It's located quite far from the main road. The service was ok. The staffs there are willing to help you sort out your problem. Genuine parts are used for piece of mind.

Out lah, accident 25-5-18hrbln, hr ni dah 7-6-18, masih blm hantar apa2 documents ke insurance.smlm ayah I g minta app situation, diaorg kt dah hantar, i call insurance, dia org kt x de apa2 documents lagi, apalah ni, slow sangat.baik Cari insurance claim workshop luar lah.

I had met accident. Car send to Perodua Repair Centre in Rawang.
When I got back my car outside were polish like italian brass but when take closer look many broken parts is still intact. The service is extremely bad. No QC check interm of safety and functionality upon delivery. We are told that all repair in order but when we move on the road, bad and sound not safe.
After repair, no professional verification either from the competent person or the insurance company.
When ask for help they say I must resend my car for survey. They keep it for months and now resend.
Wish to complaint to the insurance company so that they could be blacklisted.

Macam celaka. Claim insurans aku bukan main banyak, pastu bgi makan anak bini. Aku haramkan semua duit insurans aku, dari polis, agen insurans, perodua staf. Macam hanjing, hanat.
