Bersih, besar, selesa, staff yang bersopan, tapi tak sure ada makanan atau minuman disediakan sepanjang tempoh menunggu kereta diservis

Nice experience to deal with in servicing Perodua Cars. Minus thing is no proper cafe inside.

Beli kereta baru. Baru pakai setahun lebih macam macam penyakit keluar. Kalau lagi 5 tahun mau boleh masuk kedai besi buruk

Normal service is good. However to follow up by call is very difficult. Very frustrating for urgent cases

Menyusahkan orang. Kol tak reti nak berjawab.nak set appointment pun susah.tukar ke Nagoya bukit sentosa.lagi cepat dan pantas.

Waited more than 3 months still haven't received my car, Sale's man don't know asked me waiting, try calling the hotlines number, turned out mailbox recording

Disappointing. My appointment was at 11am and I was there at 10.45. At 12.30pm
I noticed that my car was still at the spot I parked. I brought it to the attention of the service advisor and he said he would get someone to attend to it. I got the car back at 2.30 pm. The SA explained that the delay was because there were several cars that required major service.
I should have been informed of that within the hour of my appointment.
The only plus point of my experience that day was the SA.
He was polite and apologetic

Good service center. They have a café behind the service center building. Can lepak makan minum while waiting.

This Perodua Service Center is very comfortable for customer. Customer service also very polite and helpful.

Staff sangat friendly and if time service tu kereta korang de problem, inform jer staff. Macam I, sit kereta de problem. Dorang buat remark. But reminder untuk service (after korang book appointment) lambat, So yang Ada masalah ingatan, pls buat reminder sendiri takut terlepas tarikh. And, payment mode boleh pakai kad?

Need to improve on call appointment, called fews days also no one answer.wattapps appointment also no respond. So finally walk in appointment, need wait for more than 4 hrs.

Easily located. Quick response at the reception counter. Courteous service advisor. Large and comfortable waiting area.

Very clean and spacious. Kind and helpful staffs. However, no more car washing after services. Might be safety and precaution during covid-19 outbreak.

Dapat kek free lepas bayar service. Cume kalau Melayu, die pesan kena tunggu azan maghrib baru boleh makan. Puasa.
