12Service and customer service is OK. Good to have my nasi lemak bungkus in the morning when I go. Only thing, please answer phone calls. All great customer service should answer within 3 rings. How about practising the gold standard of customer service? Also, I wondered why no one inspected the car together with the customer pre and post service.
Servis teruk.sampai 2 kali kena buat appoitment untuk tukar barang.hantar kali pertama 9am-1pm apoitment ke dua 9am-3pm.ingat best ke dok kat servis centre tu?
The service advisor named Mr. Syukri, well explained about car problems and given tips too.car service on time and able to settled repair stuff within 2days.
Comfort waiting area and the staffs are friendly.
Went there for service our car, mileage around 219K. With waiting area are comfort. Front desk (service adviser) staff's name Darren, well explain on the service's part. While for the mechanic, really recommended this guy with nick name "Abe". Well understand on the car problem, give suggestion and opinion, well explain, and much giving tips. Alhamdulillah. Thank you guys.

Very bad service from the center. Warranty claim item Never Arrive. Customer has to keep following up.they will let your parts to other client if you don't follow up everyday.
Good customer service, especially front desk and even the SA. Limited parking in facility. Parts for old models are very expensive. I was looking for a signal switch for Kancil model 1998 and was quoted rm800+, almost fainted.
The service of the staffs were 100/100. He was friendly informative encouraging ppl to buy by listing down the qualities of the cars. However the staffs opposite to ut showroom Porsche is vice versa. Would like to giv u a huge thumbs up for the quality service u give. Keep it up!

They give out vouchers for good varieties of coffee and meals! Perhaps the best Perodua Service Centre I have been to.
Staffs are very nice. One thing i'm happy with Perodua services, they will remind you the day before your service day and even call you up if necessary. Breakfast are available. Customer lounge is spacious, got cafe now. Surau is comfortable. Just that the air conditioner is not cold enough, kinda warm here. Keep it up perodua glenmarie.
Had some bad experience. Went for aircond major service. 2 months later car flooded because the mechanic forgot to attached the outlet cable. My two adjuster controller no lights after the service. Promise to fix it, still no news. Above all that, the staff were warm and very friendly esp. Nik Ahmed, he assist me. It is just the service quality.
