Perodua Damansara Utama (P2 Automobile)

All they did was nothing but LIE to me. April'23 I booked the car with them with 0% loan, I was told that 0% loan cars are delivered within 1 month, April passed, no car. They said by end May I'll get it, May pass, no car. They said I'll get it end of June, June passed, no car. They said by end of July I'll get it, July passed, no car. So I cancelled my booking in August. Now since then they are holding on to my down-payment. Everytime I ask for my refund, they give lame excuses that payment not ready yet. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, THEY ARE LIARS/DECEIVERS. THEY WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENTS. Take my honest advise. STAY AWAY FROM P2 AUTOMOBILE ELSE YOU WILL LIED TO AND YOU WILL SUFFER LIKE I AM SUFFERING.

This Perodua center is located right opposite Starling Mall. It is a busy center but they have a handful of staff ready to attend to inquiries even during the weekend.

Alvin the centre manager is very helpful and prompt. Appreciate his good service towards customers and smooth delivery.

Mr Tan’s customer service is impeccable. Me and my girlfriend acquired a brand new Myvi AV variant through him. The waiting process was long but he updated us throughout the 5 months waiting period. Finally, the car arrived last week and we went there to pick it up.

He explained everything from top to bottom regarding about the car functions and things to take precautions when owning the car.

The only regret that I have is that I didn’t got my new car (Honda Civic FE) from him because you can sense the sincerity and warmth from him. My salesman just go through explanation process superficially as if he is rushing for time when I got my car.

Mr Tan not only deals in Perodua cars, if I not mistaken, he also deals with other brands like proton, honda etc etc. So, if you are considering getting a new car and want a reliable salesman that is passionate and patient to guide you through the process of owning a new vehicle, then you know Mr Tan is the salesman you should choose.

Wanted to buy my son a car for his birthday and decided to come here to take a look. We did not have the intention to buy on that day bcos it was our first showroom, and we wanted to shop a bit more.
The manager of the showroom (Mr. A) was very approachable, not pushy and introduced us to a sales representative (Mr. Tan).
Mr. Tan was so helpful, and very patience with us. He explained the features and insurance payment in detail. We were so impressed with his service and decided to pay for the booking fee on the spot.

Really good customer service. Can provide parking for you if you want to enter the showroom. Test-drive is limited to around the Damansara uptown area only

The place is big n clean.got a lot of deals n u can test drive the car.open on weekdays 8am to 8pm.weekends 9am to 6pm.the salesman is good but a bit pushy to sign the sales document even tho i told him im just coming to ask abt the car only.

A very well located showroom for Perodua. This shop is surrounded by many mature housing estates. The cars from Perodua fit the parents as well as the young ones who are newly graduated or working. A splendid choice for a location.
The showroom has many cars on display. And most of the visitors have or are in process of getting such a car.
The only stumbling block is the qualification of the bank or finance company loan.
These cars are suitable for all and for most potential buyers its the availability of that particular model or color that delays delivery.
