Perodua Bukit Mahkota

Actually most of the place I rated 5 stars, will be overwhelmed in the next couple of months. Luckily, they got this e-appointment thingy. Easy! This service centre still deserves 5 stars though. Friendly staff, fast service and good workmanship. My appointment at 4.15pm, but they started my car servicing at 4.00pm. Really convenient!

Only thing that can further improve is their wifi. Good coverage but no internet. Also, cannot do tyre alignment here.

As a Perodua user who lived in Bandar Seri Putra, this is the nearest Perodua Service Centre I can go to.

So far, it was a satisfying experience here. On my last service just recently, the workers did a quick and great job in servicing my car; It took just 30 minutes! In terms of service pricing, it was affordable, at least, from my personal experience. The staffs are friendly and polite, too.

There is a lounge located on the 1st floor, where customers can wait for their cars to be serviced. The lounge feels cozy, with an LCD TV and free wi-fi. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the wi-fi, though.

Still, I rate this Five Stars.

Waiting time is OK. Service wise can't comment much. Some of service are not available-i.e. Balancing, alignment. Overall 4 stars.

"First impression" yang bagus ditonjolkan oleh para pekerja dekat sini. Jangkaan saya meleset sama sekali apabila SA yang bertugas tak promote pun benda yang tak perlu ditukar. Tidak seperti di sesetengah pusat servis perodua yang lain. Saya doakan agar para pekerja terus "consistent" dalam memberi layanan yang terbaik kepada para pelanggan seterusnya mengubah persepsi sebilangan pelanggan macam saya ini. Tahniah dan selamat maju jaya.

Layanan baik. Pendaftaran ok. Ada disediakan bilik untuk mereka yang meeting online. Kawasan parking luas.

Kemudahan tempat menunggu yang selesa dan tidak sesak. Kakitangan yang mesra dan banyak membantu dari segi penerangan mengenai servis yang dilakukan ke atas kereta saya.

Cust.service yg baik, parking customer jg byk. Lokasi pusat service yg baik [kedai mkn, shopmall, perumahan, plaza toll PLUS, etc], customer pon xstress.

Great and very friendly service.not giving 5star because the free snack does not have many options compare to other perodua service center.other than that everythings great

Kualiti perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, penerangan perkhidmatan yang sangat jelas sebelum dan selepas servis. Ruang menunggu dan kebersihan tandas yang sangat baik, tahniah kepada service manager dan team perodua bandar seri putra kerana menyediakan perkhidmatan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan. Kekalkan momentum dan semoga berjaya kepada anda semua.

Great quality of service with reasonable price. Staffs are friendly, polite and very attentive. Much better than other service centre.

Super and the best service center for PERODUA that I have been seen.fast n solved my problem alot of times.even I need to drive for almost an hrs to here but is WORTH IT.atleast I do need come back for few times.hope u all remain the same always. Cheers

Perodua 3s. Clean location. Customer lounge located at level 1. Clean toilet and surau. Friendly staff. Open on time.

I really love and satisfied with the services provide here. The staffs are friendly, polites and treat you like a princess

What I mean by that was, they even walk you to your car and open the door for you. They also do not charge you for unnecessary services. The servicing charge also cheaper compare to certain perodua centre.

Besides that, they also do a follow up call to ask if there is any problem after the services take place. Overall, its already become 1 of my favorite perodua centre now
