44When I arrived at booking at 11.00am, it was not yet 11.00am. The car was parked outside and the service was not available until 12.00pm. Every time I go to this Perodua service, I really don’t understand what booking is. If you want to come here, it would be better to ask for a day off from the company.
1st service kat sini.ok terbaik.cepat siap.kereta pun mantap.laju lepas service.service yg kedua ni harga kira ok lah. RM400 utk aruz tukar minyak hitam dgn minyak gear dan lain2 service sekali dgn alignment tayar.

Bagus service kereta di sini. Can relax at waiting area with free coffee. Can walk to mamak restaurant. Staff at counter are nice
Very bad service, my car sent in for normal services on 5 Jul and when I collect my car and went home, found that aircond failed, when call back to the service centre at bdr tek, they inform the next available slot on 26 Jul.what type of service that you are provided?
Very bad service. 1st time service found no aircond. Later checked by myself found wire broken. Very disappointed
Very bad on their after sales service. The car has been sent on 5/10/22 and until now still waiting for the spare parts. Not only that, we have to call them or else their customer service staff won’t update us on the progress. Not sure if this the customer service standard practices from perodua nowadays. Sigh
Selesa sementara tunggu kereta diselenggarakan. Kudapan, minuman manis dan air ada disediakan. Ada televisyen dan pendingin hawa. Tandas pun bersih. Selama mendapat perkhidmatan di sini dah 10 tahun memang terbaik
Customer service perempuan bertudung yg Kurus tu, bad service dn bercakap kasar bila nak buat appointment service dn masa ambil kunci pun Sama bila Kita tye.

Please Don't Come Here. 1st service ok. Because it's free of charge. Second and Third service they will charge you more.they will add on charge on your service without explain one by one. Benda perodua tak suruh tukar time mileage tersebut tu die suggest suwuh tukar. Orang pergi service dekat perodua panel sbb trusted. Tapi yg ni sorry la. Last one for me. Then barang lama yg die dah tukar die tak bagi kita. Never trust them.
Not recommended due to unprofessional service n less integrity. Request for add on wiper shampoo. Unfortunately, nothing added in the wiper tank. My tyre valve cover also gone after service. Need to push them untill they admit their mistakes, also waste lots my time.lol
This is not a good place to get your car serviced. Managers are unable to interact professionally and prefer to speak in a high tone. I propose that the owner send the manager in to learn how to deal with customers.
Call dari april 2022 sampai nak appoiment untuk service kereta, sampai harini june 28hb perkerja dia kata fully book, pergi tengok bengkel 2-3kereta saja. Xmau niaga jgn buka
Waiting time and schedule arrangement is good compare to balakong, have car wash services was cheap.great to service here
Confusing. There are 3 Yong Motor. Visited all. Finally, found this place. Should prepare a table / power plug for customers to use laptop or to charge mobile devices.
Excellent service centre. My second visit here and was very impressed with the entire process and SOP. I booked appointment using UFirst Perodua apps and few days later the staff called me to confirm my appointment. And na hour before my appointment, the staff will call to remind again. The sop here was extremely good, with proper sanitization of the car before foreman attend to it, social distancing, good quality sanitizer provided, extremely clean washroom and most important front desk was very good in explaining the needs for different servicing costs. Good job. Hope you will sustain your practice.
Harga terlampau mahal sangat. Sekali servis boleh cecah RM700 kalau tak reti apa2 pasal kereta. Lebih baik servis di Perodua Service Centre je.
Good services by Service centre. Basic facilities available for customers i.e wifi, sharing toilet, surau, waiting area with tv (tv not in good condition), self service water/food station.
Thus service center has cosy waiting area, fully abide with latest Covid-19 SOP and have warmth and helpful staff. You can also renew your road tax and car insurance here under Perodua Total Protect Scheme.
My first visit to this Perodua. Its my first service for my son's Axia. So far, the srvice centre is good, clean and friendly costumer service
