Very slow service. Company too greedy taking a lot for a booking for service in a day. Ends up cannot make it all on time. My appointment by 9am, waiting to the counter alomost one hour to be called. Not recommended anymore. Pls to management take responsible on this.

One of my fravorite less crowded service center, easy to make appoitment. Friend staff and service sales.

Everytime service my car sure got something need to change. Always say my car battery low percentage. When i donwan change then infront of me say need jam start. So many pattern

Delayed because system down can't print invoice. No one said anything. Intead everyone left for lunch without informing me of the delay. I'm starving at the reception

Please improve on how your guy quote the total service of the day. He supposed to check my car first and then bring me inside to see what other things to replace and explain what service they do. Out of sudden he show me the total price quotation and ask me to sign. I won’t sign before he chexk my car. Please, teach your staff how to improve this. Total messy branch can be seen from the desk. But 1 thing to compliment the muslim lady at reception is friendly and polite. First and last to send my car here.

Service is good and staff are friendly and polite. Recommended service centre for honda owners.

Betul² tak bagus.jalan masuk sempit jalan keluar pegi buat car wash lepas tu kite dah settle kerjw drop car kene tunggu org lain siap Kerje. Betul² tidak memuaskan, staff buat tak tahu kite towing drop kereta kene pulak paking kete cantik² bodo punye Kerje

Unprofessional service center replace new air cond condensor but didn't give any warranty

Honestly a bit slow compared to other Honda centres I've been to. The staff is very helpful and friendly though

Made advance booking but still need to wait 45mins for registration. Waiting area is super stuffy as the aircon isn’t working well

Booked appointment at 10am, arrive before 10am. The services counter chatting instead of serving customers.waited its been more then 40min of waiting just for registering.what’s the point of having appointments if waiting for registration is required waiting more then 40min

Best workshop. Hopefully they can upgrade some facility for the person who send car for maintenance

Service center now not check my coolant water car and i think the service now very poor and got other sound from engine but no advice from the service center about the sound

Layanan yang terbaik daripada staff Peringgit, Quotation by staff follow maintenance schedule by Honda (website), good explanation, doesnt ask you to add more things to change which is good, clean and comfortable waiting area.

Used to go there until SA Siva was working. Now i stopped. They can manage to spoil my wiper spray motor and said can't claim under warranty.

My service advisor Kenny and foreman Ah Seng are both very friendly and patient. Ever since I gotten the new Honda Civic FE around June, the car comes with so many problems such as rattling sounds, knocking sound from the steering wheel and even my engine latch can’t close with excessive force.

Majority of my issues have been fixed through their effort. However, still some remnants remain but it’s not due to their fault. Honda Malaysia really got to improve their quality control.

Anyway, both of them tried their best and I am thankful for their services.

Won’t get any updates from the center until you follow up it, and the answer will “surprise” you!

been informed that the car will be ready by a week when leave the car there for checking and repairing.

Called to center on day 6th to ask what time can I collect the car tomorrow (day 7), they replied that still waiting from HQ approval!

So if I don’t call and ask, I will wasted my time to go there to get nothing as per the date they’ve informed earlier, n mess up my whole plan (no car)!

They still need to improve in serving customers in order. Came here at 8.30am for 8.30am appointment but they served someone before me that have appointment at 10.30am. Some even bypass the front desk. So whats the point of having an appointment? This is not the first time it happened.

Nice and clean service center. Limited parking space though. Usually parking full after 10am

It was my first time servicing my HRV wth Peringgit Sri. A very helpful and polite service advisor Mr. Kenny attended to my appointment and it was a great experience. He is very detail in explaining on what needed and NO pressure on all optional services. Head up to Kenny and thanks for some excellent customer service. I guarantee will come back again.
