3 First service, booking through 24seven apps. The PIC welcome and brief about the service that will be done for that day. Bonus - free car wash. Since it is free dont expect it to be super clean.
Customer lounge - if you plan to stay. Service duration is 2 hours. Got instant coffee machine, and snacks. Working table and charging station is available as well, or you can relax on sofa. It is well air-conditioned lounge. Surau and toilet is available as well.
Once done, they will come over to inform you.
Price wise for first 1k km service is about rm300+ (can be lower, since i asked for other additional services)

We bought our Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid here and also get it serviced here. Service is good but they always put a bottle of sanitising spray in the car and charge us RM 12. We don't use it, don't ask for it and don't want it, but I keep forgetting to tell them. It probably costs them RM 1 and it's just easy profit for them. Last service they asked us if we wanted the car cleaned and we said yes, but they didn't clean it because their valeting bay was closed. I dislike how they always give us back the empty oil bottle when they change the oil; this is trade waste and it's their responsibility to dispose of responsibly, not give back to customers. Please take note of our complaints.
