Talked to Mr Nelson and dropped my Mazda 3 off to change the aircon cooling coil. Was very worried because the whole dashboard would have to be removed to change it, but got the car back, and everything was perfect, aircon freezing cold. Later when I installed back my ambient lighting (which I removed for them to do their work) I got a closer look under the dashboard, and honestly, every single nut, bolt, fastener, cover panel, and wire management was there exactly like before. Drove the car for 2 days now, everything is confirmed to be working as before.
They even washed the car for me for free. Can’t recommend this workshop more, thank you to Mr Nelson and the team!

Ever since i found out that Pawawerks specialises in Mazda, i have been regularly sending my car for service and/or repairs. Nelson has been very resourceful, providing me with info on what i need to do with my car and etc. Price wise? It is only a fraction of the price from what Mazda SC charges for normal repairs. Nelson also provides added value services such as car wash service and i am lucky enough to get it FOC. Please keep up the good work, will surely recommend this place to my connections.
