48 Infrastructure that doesn’t support parking
Doesn’t help with the uncivilised people who shops here parking at road shoulder, obstructing traffic
Town council is missing out on constant revenue stream not punishing these people.
Selfish from all levels, may it be a Kancil or a BMW X5
Market wise… decent place to shop, lost its shine after that one guy who brought covid to the market
Convenient place to do all one's marketing. Opened daily in mornings except Mondays. Clean wet market.
In and out today, most stalls close early. By 10.30am on weekdays they'll start packing up.
Come early to get best buys.
Great hawker stalls from roti canai, nasi lemak, cheecheong fun, to bread pastries and desserts.
This is the wet market I normally go for whole Kampung chicken and fish. I go for their freshness but price wise you have to be willing to pay more over here. Good selections of fish, fruits, sundries, vegetables and also vegetarian products. The weekends are always crowded here so I advised to go on weekdays.
Breakfast there is affordable, neat SOP to make things easier for who patronising the market. The first stall from your right selling roti canai, nasi lemak bungkus, several type of kuih is good and cheap
This is the wet market where my wife always go to, in order to buy her favorite fruits. She swears by Jimmy, her fruit seller who could source for cherries, plums and strawberries even during the off season. What do you want? No problem. Jimmy will get it for you!
Go place. Not that crowded except on weekends. A variety of veg, meats, fruits, kueh, flower n plants n also food stalls. Worth a visit.
I seldom buy vegetables and meats there but, I go to take mamak store to take their roti canai, bihon goreng, teh tarik etc, to enjoy the very economical but delicious foods there
I'm literally coming for this market every weekend top-up my weekly supply! ️ They are multiple stalls available selling raw foods that you usually can spot in a wet market.
#PasarTamanMegah
Great Fish ball noodle n much variety n the sambal 1st class. The best is we can buy those uncooked fish balls, those sambal n many other items too
Clean n airy place for marketing. Surrounding lots of shop lots. Good place for fresh groceries shopping
The stalls are small but they are clean and well organised. The veggies and poultry are fresh. Prices are reasonable too. Most of the stall sellers are friendly.
I believe the market is good but the way the management behaves on fruit sellers keen to sell Rambutans, Mangosteens etc just in front of the market is not professional. They have been reporting poor people who just want to make ends meet by selling fruits to feed their children with the money earned. For this reason I just hope the market management can be more sympathetic towards such sellers. Moreso the public aren't able to patronise these mobile fruit sellers so it makes it difficult for people to buy them too
I go there once a week. Rela members doing good job. Covid 19 SOP is well organised. After scanning and temperature measure and hands sanitised a tag is given and a rm1 is required as deposit. It will be refunded when the tag is returned. All my weekly materials for cooking are purchased here eg chicken, fish, vege, eggs, fruits, sundries etc. Beef is not available here. The market is clean and well organised.
Very good adherence to the SOP for buyers. Not over crowded, even ensuring distancing at the stalls. May need to wait a little longer to go in, but it is for the buyer's benefit.
Very Expensive Wet Market! Fish and Meat Sellers are rude!
The Kueh aunties are friendlier.
Love this pasar malam!
Many many stalls, the road is quite wide, very good selection of yummyyyy hot/just cooked food! And of course there are other things being sold like vege, some clothing, etc.
By the way, non-halal ya hehehee
Expensive place to shop for anything, really. Far cheaper vege, fruits and meat could be gotten elsewhere in my opinion.
Clean, well spaced and realised there was a chicken stall that only sold free range and bought a whole lot of wings from them. My favourite is the processed fish stall and the sundry shop inside
Is one of the few wet markets where it is clean, not that stinky. However, is not very big if compare to ss2. Can be a bit crowded during peak hours in the morning. Car parking is available if u don't mind walking a bit more like a 5 minutes to the market.
Convenient to buy vegetables, meat, seafoods, fruits and groceries at this market. This market is more completes on the varieties of things sold here.
They do have a non halal section base at another building.
Cleanliness is good.
