Service macam bangang. Basic service sahaja appoinment bukan walk in tetapi kena tunggu sampai 7jam ke 8jam macam bodoh je buang masa macam tukar engine seketul. Memang sangat sangat teruk.

Bagi saya bahagian sales teruk. Tolong perbaiki ya.

Tapi BAHAGIAN SERVICE KERETA/BENGKEL SANGAT SANGAT BAGUS! Terbaik service department! Layanan baik dari akak akak kaunter.

Facility yang selesa, makanan minuman ringgan ada disediakan buat alas perut sementara menunggu.

Tempat menunggu yang selesa. Kerusi empuk & aircond sejuk. Wangi je area menunggu. Jadi saya tenang menunggu walaupun service ambil masa 2jam.

Toilet BERSIH! Wangi. Tisu & sabun tersedia.

Btw tahun ni tahun ke 4 saya service kereta disitu ️

This 3S very very very bad service but I have no choice since nearby my house.

Call up the hot line many times for appointment no pick up even
Whastapp also totally no reply.

Last service at Sept 22, fan motor problem asked me leave my car there for 3 days checking, purposely applied annual leaves since no car to work, but end up they ignored it and my car was park at the same place for 3 days never do anything at all and wasted my 3 days and force to arrange another day to completed. I drive my friend car to supervise daily found my car park at the same place for 3 days and their manager also admitted they didn't service my car 3 days.

Last week appointment book via proton app but no receive return calls from this branch to confirm so I force to drive there again on Tuesday and confirmed send my car on Thursday 11am. Wednesday night 8.15pm whatsapp to inform me please be punctual 11am next day.

Arrive at 1050am next morning, park my car at parking area and registration done at 11am and wait till 1pm but my car still the same parking lot, and ask counter PIC at 1.05pm and said to me all technical staffs went out for lunch, will back to service my car at 2pm. I request to get back my car go for my lunch and come back and park at same parking lot.

Hand over my car key to the counter PIC at 1.55pm. Wait till 3pm my car still the same place. End up I just get back my car and leave.

Purposely whatspp want me to be punctual 11am but untill 3pm never do anything! This so call 3S center.
Shame on you.

This service center really not only bad, consider terrible!

The showroom is ok. Mediocre. Felt gloomy as i walked in. And the salesman in duty (only one) was sitting in a couch minding his own biz (had to be called out by his colleague to attend to us). He did gave us the details needed, but we were not impressed with the service or place. A place i will avoid in near future

Very disappointed with the salesman named Ng yes he explained well but the only if you will buy you can test drive there are many top of league brands Mercedes and BMW doesn't deny customers to test drive regardless of purchase or not

But really disappointing as only those who will buy Tesla are allowed to test drive

Affordability is different story but if only those who wants to buy can test drive I suggest you people to fix a big signboard saying not buying don't test drive

Will never ask anyone go there felt insulted no doubt salesman explained well

The customer service who name Faten is not very patients and rude to the customer.

She is not empathetic to the sick customer who is asking for timing of waiting.

She is polite when she ask people to add on battery.

Good service! Sells brand new EV like Tesla and etc! Provide Public DC Charger for everyone too and its currently free!

Service is quite good, can trust their worker, my belonging also everything still there because I forget to take them out.
Just if there's thing can be improved which is you can add CCTV direct to labour / service rooms from customer waiting room so that customer can view from there

Dear, sir / Madam
I’m not really happy with your service since I came in for warranty defects twice back to back. Send my car for checking at 8.30am & it’s almost 4pm I’m still waiting for my car no response from them & notice there is no one looking at the car. What is going on? Very poor service.

The staff there provide customer free food and drinks for customer. The environment also clean with helpfull staff.all and all recommended for perodua service centre.

Since the last post on Perodua Pantai Bahru, I experienced service improvement from their sales advisor. However, more improvement needed in their Perodua showroom office as the place looks dull and unwelcoming. Effort needed to brighten the area with more information and one or two more models of cars on display. Also, customer parking there is an issue. With the LRT project in progress, and road conditions at its worse, customer coming to the area have very limited place for parking.

Perodua Pantai Bharu - The facilities there quite convenient and comfortable. I went there to service my car almost 3 years already.

All was a pleasant experience until the latest visit I was experience not a really good one.
The service advisor that entertain me really need more courses to attend especially to learn to respect your customer even though they are younger than you.

This can be consider as the worst service ever I received, every time I called to ask for the follow up on my issue, I surely agree that the management should really look up this matter seriously on how your staffs should respond to customer call/inquires. E.g. Magic words such as SORRY or PLEASE would be nicer to be heard by the customer.

My intention is not to condemn but I would like to see some changes and improvement on customer service since I am comfortable to spend my $$ here instead others which definitely might offer better treatments for their customer.

At the moment, I still think this place is still recommended.

I will update on the progress since my issue with them still not yet to be settle since the staff always responded me "not yet", "no update from other party". Promised to be settle within a specific time frame but unfortunately yet no news on the update.

If you have better options of service centre, think wisely before make any decision okay.

To Perodua Pantai Bharu, I know you can do better. Make some improvement for better experiences for your customers especially the REGULAR customers. Its worth for a long term image.

Waited more than 2 hours to service completion and counter service officer arrogant and not giving the right service l was shocked they service the air-conditioning without telling me and haven't reach the correct kilometres to service.

Good food customer service. Bought my car at proton kapar. Light alarm (alarm when you forgot to switch off light) and bum stopper got problem from day 1. Come back for warranty 4 times. They said they cant do it due to lack of time. 3 times out of 4 my appointment was in the morning. Even bad those 3 appointment i wait they said they didnt know about the light alarm/forgot to remove car key. The 4th time came here to change windscreen they said can fix the light alarm however again very disappointing service, waited 8am to 4.30pm. They just fix my windscreen and not the alarm. A lot of time wasted here. My conclusion they only took service that makes them money. That overpriced oil change, regular service, windcs anything that make money for them. Other customers aftersale service that had to do with warranty rubbish!

Very good service especially the food customers service. She is very informative and serves us very well?
However, please stock up essential items such as car battery and fuel filter. Surprised me these two essential items is not available.
